Black mold in the ceiling of pool area, pool and hot tub water cloudy. Very gross overall.

Hi Holly,Thank you for taking the time to do a review. I appreciate the honest feedback. It is not black mold it is actually glue and we are getting ready to re due the pool area. Sadly it just did not happen before the swimming tournament. It is also hard to maintain the pool when there are 80 plus kids in it for 3 days with no break. we watch the chemical levels all day long and those were where they should be. The pool and hot tub just did not have enough time to filter out all the soap, lotion and detergent from the kids. I am sorry you had a bad experience. We look hope you will give us a try again in the future if you are in Black River Falls.

I was put on 2nd floor with steep stairs and a elevator that was clear across the hotel to get to it only about 7 people staying there so why 2nd floor not safe going up and down those steep stairs

I like the location.. Don't like staff she was kinda grumpy I understand it's New Year's Eve but atleast smile and be welcoming.

Older property but nice and clean. We stayed here with a youth hockey team and the staff was very accommodating.

Sure Stay for the Win !!!!

Amazing staff that made accommodations for my family in every way possible, Arrived early after hours of driving and they made sure we got in our room early so we could rest. The continental breakfast was top tier with great service. Will be making more trips to this area and will only stay at Sure Stay !!

Very Accommodating

We needed to change our room from a single queen to a double queen after a change in our plans. They were very accommodating. They had a bar that was open on a week night and the bar tender was freindly and stayed open en extra half hour just so we could have a cocktail and unwind after a long day of working and travel.
