Night staff was wonderful when I arrived. Day staff was absent and rude when they finally showed up. I had late checkout and I received a threatening call from the morning staff telling me to get out or be charged. I was shocked. I've never been treated so poorly in a hotel.

I left some item's in my hotel room by accident. An android phone charger, an ipad charger, a sweater and a jacket. Housekeeping turned my jacket and sweater into the front desk but did not turn my chargers in. Obviously someone kept them for themselves because the front desk never received them. I was very disappointed that untrustworthy people was working for the facility. Im sure they've taken other people's stuff too. Front desk never acknowledged the loss of my chargers but did get myvsweater and jacket to a ups location that i was able to pay 33.00 over the phone to get them back. Still out 50.00 worth of chargers.

The building is fairly new so everything is up to date. Every area especially our room was very clean. The bed was over the top comfortable. I have a bad back and normally hotel beds kill me. The shower is large enough if your spouse wanted to join there wouldn't be any issues. Food was not a continental breakfast. Pastries and waffles didn't cut it. Got breakfast out. But like I said everything else was 5 stars

honestly the place itself was fine. check in was great. we checked in super late. however it wasn't until the next morning we noticed the stain on the bed. very gross. staff said they wouldn't do anything about it as booked through third party. i just thought that was poor customer service. i get they have policies etc but something could have been done i am sure. Third party tried to help but to no avail.
