Twin Maple Cottage, a country cottage get away near Blacksburg - 3BR 1Bath

Need some down time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? If so, the Twin Maple Cottage is for you, surrounded by rolling farm land, and gorgeous mountain views. The home is totally renovated with all new furnishings including mattresses, appliances, hickory floors, custom cabinetry, ceramic tile and carpet. Enjoy quite time in the front porch swing watching beautiful sunsets or on the large back deck watching the sunrise over rolling hills. Located just 5 miles from the local town, but remote enough to feel like you are getting away! Just 25 miles from Blacksburg. Local attractions include Claytor Lake, The New River Trail, Randolph Park, Gatewood Park and the Pulaski Yankee minor league baseball team. Due to the rural location no WIFI or cable is currently available. TV gets 19 channels via antenna . We have cell phone reception through Verizon, and do not have a problem with service. However, reception with other providers could vary.

Me and family enjoyed every minute we stayed there!! We stayed for 13 nights and it was a very wonderful getaway!! Mrs. Jill is absolutely amazing! Super clean and comfortable house in the country. Very quiet and peaceful sitting on the front porch with only a few cars and some farm equipment going by the house once in a while and yes, everybody waved as they drove by! Not many restaurants around for dinner so we did eat in one night.
