Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

From Blue Ridge heading toward Blairsville on Appalachian Highway 76 (also known as Highway 515): Continue until you reach mile marker 15. Turn left onto Sparks Road. Then turn right onto Squirrel Hunting Road. Follow Squirrel Hunting Road until you reach the entrance to the Big Valley of Blue Ridge subdivision. Turn right into the subdivision, head uphill, and take the first right onto Big Valley Overlook. The home is the first house on the left.
