Cozy home in Hoffelde with WiFi

Not far from several lakes on the edge of the Feldberger Seenlandschaft nature park, you will find these two separate holiday homes for up to 6 and 5 people respectively, which can be used all year round (central heating or night storage heaters). Both houses are situated in a charming and quiet location on the edge of a field in the small village of Hoffelde and each has a plot of approx. 500 square metres with magnificent old fruit trees. In the immediate vicinity (approx. 2.5 km) there are two beautiful bathing and fishing lakes, the Rödliner See and the Schleeser See, with several bathing opportunities. The surrounding towns such as the royal seat of Neustrelitz, the four-gate town of Neubrandenburg or Burg Stargard can be reached in 15 to 20 km and offer various cultural/event and shopping opportunities. The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 5 km away (a small grocery store in the neighbouring village). There are very good fishing opportunities in the immediate vicinity. There is a small private pond about 2 km away with a good stock of pike, zander and carp. Fishing licences can be purchased on site. Both properties have parking spaces, a barbecue, bicycle storage facilities, sun loungers and a furnished terrace. A cot can also be provided on request.

Final cleaning and water consumption are included in the total price. W-LAN is also available. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. To be paid on site: Bed linen and towels (if required), electricity costs according to consumption, fishing permit (6 EUR/day), cot (if required). Pets are not allowed in the holiday property.

The approx. 65 m², completely renovated in 2019, ground-floor holiday home for up to 5 people has a large living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed, flat screen TV), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, passage to the 2nd room, 1 x two single beds), a spacious modern kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances, dining table, access to the terrace) and a bathroom with shower/WC. Heating via night storage heaters (electric).



Hoffelde is a small village in rural surroundings on the edge of the Feldberger Seenlandschaft nature park between Neustrelitz (18 km) and Feldberg (14 km). Bathing area at Rödliner See approx. 2.5 km. Good conditions for cycling and hiking and ideal for nature holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet.
