Highly recommend & would stay again!

Awesome stay! Super convenient location to the woolen mills and Blarney Castle (you can walk!). On-site restaurant Christys was really good and convenient so we didn’t have to go into Cork City Center. Also very nice that they offered a small discount at the woolen mills to hotel residents! One of the most comfortable stays of our whole 2 week trip.

Both the check-in girl and check-out girl had horrible attitudes. Very unwelcoming and went out of their way not to be helpful. Location is fine to see the wool history but after that 30min there’s nothing else around. The tv’s had access to the internet but they refuse to share the internet for the tv with guests even though it is a smart tv with a smart report so you’re stuck watching 5 basic channels. Room was extremely small compared to photos. I even asked about upgrading (willing to pay for it obviously) and front desk girl says “your room is good enough”. When getting ready to head out my husband asked for a bottle of water to go bc they gave them for free in the rooms and she said uh you can buy one in the store. With the most rude facial expression. He said oh we received them to our room all day yesterday. She said yeah I don’t do that. Well thanks we won’t be back or recommending to anyone visiting Ireland.

Beautiful hotel, up to date and maintained. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Shower had great pressure and bath tub was deep. Breakfast had a lot of options. Castle was a couple minute walk.

A wonderful experience. Very modern yet steps away from all the history and beauty. Shopping at the Woollen mills is an experience. Great dining options and very nice staff. Of course Blarney castle is just steps away and we had a wonderful view from our room. Definitely worth experiencing at BW.

Location was great. Breakfast was very good Shops, main dining facility and bar in hotel close too early! Between 5:30-6 Staff in restaurant were wonderful and worked hard. Disappointed there is no smart tv that we could stream sports especially since Steelers and Vikings were playing In Dublin
