The Space:
Welcome to Vila Minka, a luxurious and cosy mountain house where you will experience a peaceful and relaxing vacation in the stunning Alpine region of Slovenia.

As you enter the house, you will find yourself on the ground floor where a spacious living room with large windows greets you with loads of natural light. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Next to the living room, there is a cosy reading corner with a fireplace, the perfect spot to curl up with a good book and enjoy the warmth of the fire.

Adjacent to the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to six people. Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing a comfortable and convenient space for your stay.

Stepping out from the living room, you will find a large terrace with comfortable lounge chairs where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and the large garden with apple trees. The terrace is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the fresh mountain air.

On the first floor of the house, you will find three spacious and elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and ample storage space. Two of the master bedrooms have access to a balcony, where you can enjoy a stunning view of the mountains and the surrounding nature.

The first floor also features a large bathroom with a big bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the beautiful Alpine region of Slovenia.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire space of Vila Minka mountain house, including all amenities provided within the house and the garden. Please feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything that the house has to offer during your stay.

Vila Minka is located in the peaceful and charming Reciska cesta neighbourhood, which is situated in the northern part of Lake Bled. The neighbourhood is known for its stunning views of the surrounding mountains and forests, making it the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Just a 15-minute walk from Vila Minka is Bled Castle, a medieval castle perched atop a cliff overlooking the lake. The castle dates back to the 11th century and is a popular attraction for visitors to the area. The picturesque Bled Lake is also just a 20-minute walk away, where visitors can take a boat ride to the iconic island with its church.

For nature lovers, Pokljuka is just a 20-minute drive from Vila Minka. This stunning natural reserve is home to some of the most beautiful forests, meadows, and hiking trails in Slovenia. It's a great place to escape and explore the outdoors.

Getting Around:
On foot: The area around Lake Bled is perfect for walking and hiking. You can take a leisurely stroll along the lake's shoreline or hike up to one of the viewpoints for stunning panoramic views.

Cycling: Bled has a network of cycling trails that make it easy to explore the area on two wheels. You can rent a bike and ride around the lake or head further afield to explore the countryside.

Public transportation: There are buses that run regularly between Bled and nearby towns, as well as to Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia. You can also take a train from Bled Jezero station to other parts of Slovenia.

Boat tours: One of the best ways to experience Lake Bled is by taking a boat tour. You can rent a traditional wooden pletna boat, which is operated by a local rower and takes you to the island in the middle of the lake, or take a guided boat tour to explore the lake's many hidden coves and bays.

-Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
-The minimum age for guests booking our house is 21 years old.
-Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our house.
-A pre-check-in form must be filled out before check-in to ensure a smooth arrival process.
-The tourist tax in Slovenia is 3,13 EUR per guest per night and must be paid with a credit card before check-out. Please note that this tax is not included in the rental price.
-A security deposit of 200 € must be paid with a credit card up to 7 days before arrival. The deposit will be refunded by credit card up to 3 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
