Summary:
Close to everything when you stay right downtown in Old Harbor on Dodge St with direct beach access. Now rented by Herdman Hospitality, this second floor one-bedroom (king and pull-out in living room), 1 full bathroom with a jetted tub. Includes a full kitchen, Roku TV, wifi, A/C, deck with dining table, and a shared outdoor shower. Linens and beach basics supplied. Offers direct beach access and in town, 3-5 mins from the ferry. Accommodates up to 4. Ocean views. Free Parking. Pet friendly.

The Space:
You enter into the open floor kitchen/dining/living space. There is a full kitchen with all cooking basics, a dining table and chairs for 4 people and a pull out couch. There is a connecting bedroom with a king bed. The bathroom has a door from the bedroom and living room. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom as well as a jetted tub/shower combo. The living space and deck have ocean views.

Guest Access:
There is an exterior entrance off of the deck this unit is all one level, but it is on the second floor. There is a full flight of stairs outside to access this unit

The Neighborhood:
Waverly Suite 3 is right downtown in Old Harbor. There is direct beach access to the Baby Beach area of Crescent Beach. The Old Harbor ferry dock is only about a 5 min walk. A majority of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. New Harbor is a 15-20 minute walk.

Getting Around:
Most necessities are within walking distance. Taxis, mopeds, and bikes are available to rent in town in the summer and shoulder seasons.

All linens, bath towels, and toiletry basics are provided. There are beach chairs and towels available for the number of people that the unit accommodates.

Fabulous location! Host arranged for us to be there on short notice which as great. The furniture and rugs were showing lots of wear but overall a great spot!

The location was great, a short pathway to beach front, close to restaurants, ice cream, and close to shops & rental bikes. Ocean view from deck. Spacious bedroom and living space. Air conditioning worked perfectly, shower was strong pressure and nice & hot, comfortable King bed, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. Overall, a nice quaint 2nd floor apartment. A generous welcome basket with goodies was a nice touch. My only critique would be house could use a fresh coat of paint. A little maintenance up keep would go a long way especially on the deck/outside. The island is such a relaxing place, we really enjoyed our time.

Block Island Second Floor Apartment Review

Overall, we had a really excellent stay. The apartment was very clean with a lot of items that looked brand new. The king bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated access to linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. The location was ideal, except for hearing some loud music, from nearby bars, on weekend nights.
