It was convenient and close to the venue we were attending. Check in was easy. The room was quiet, but no microwave.

I had a lovely room but it was VERY NOISY. There were parades of people walking by my door 24/7. Also, we had a missing lightbulb, and I could not get ahold of the front desk. When we checked out, the clerk was absolutely sympathetic and offered to comp one night, and that made it better! I have stayed at the Union for over 20 years. I will continue to go back!

Very helpful staff at desk - (Blake) and location is extremely convenient. The rooms aren't big but have all the needed amenities (2 sinks) . Comfortable bed and beading.
