I like the late check out time. I didn’t like that the staff knocked on our door prior to check out time. Made us feel rushed and like we had to be out because they wanted to clean the room.

This was a roadside option and was great for the purpose of a roof, bed over my head. Only issue was the parking lot had some ice and snow and that made it challenging to get around.

The room was really clean, the facility had everything an extended stay should have. The room was in good shape, appliances worked well, promised supplies on hand. The staff was friendly and eager to help. Heartily recommend it for category.

The hotel was very nice and quite. But the parking lot was a disasters there was ice everywhere and especially in the handicap parking area. We did not need thoses spaces but such a fall risk for all.

I loved having the kitchen. While we did go out to some restaurants, it was nice to be able to have some groceries on hand. Staff was amazing. I will definitely be stay there again.

Does not offer online check-in. Which is fine, but it did take a while to do the actual check in at the desk. We stayed 2 nights. The 2nd night we got some snacks from their little store. When we went to the desk to have them charged to our room, we found out that we were not checked in. They did take care of it by the time we left. Overall this is more like an extended stay hotel but on the cheaper side.

Bathroom was cleanish, black hairs in tub and on floor. Room was spacious ,AC worked, pool wasn’t available, coffee machine in commissary area was NASTY!!!!! And that’s being nice. Employee, who was nice said coffee machine was broken. I basically chose this place and paid the high price compacted to others in the area just for the pool so I could spend time w my granddaughters while I was here visiting. A lot of the hotel was clean and ok, just some of the other areas weren’t.
