This was one of the best BnBs we've stayed in over the years. Extremely clean, lovely decor and comfy furniture and beds, quality dishes and kitchenware, the cutest mini dishwasher, and a perfect space for us as we traveled to Bloomington to spend a few days. Lovely hot showers and thick towels. Fantastic location, an easy stroll to downtown and fun shops, and a great ice cream place across the street! Easy parking, either in the assigned space or if needed, free night parking on the street right in front. We will Definitely try to stay in this in the future as we drive up to see area family. Very quiet in terms of possible neighbors ie not a sound because the building is so solidly built, and apparently historic which explains the good quality. We are from a very isolated rural area, so we did notice a little city street noise, but that's mostly us being from the country. One reviewer was concerned about the presence of a few unhoused people occasionally walking by. We saw a couple, but not the slightest issue from them or anyone else, ie this is a VERY safe place. This place is a find!
