Hoosier Corner-Walk to IU Campus!

Hoosier corner is a newly renovated end-unit condo is an easy walk to Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium (1.2 miles) and a bus line is located near the entrance to the complex. The 3 br Hoosier Corner features new furniture, fresh linens, a full kitchen, and can sleep up to eight people. We enjoy hosting and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so please let us know how we can best accommodate you! Don`t be fooled by the modest exterior of this complex. This spacious condo has 1,500 square feet of living area to ensure a comfortable stay. Thoughtful design and proportions are evident. Three bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs, and the lower level includes a large eat-in kitchen with an abundance of counter space, a spacious living area with comfy seating and desk, and a half bath which includes a washer and dryer.

Loved the proximity to campus. We stayed there during move in week at IU and loved how close it was to campus and running errands. The condo complex is quiet and there was always parking. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of linens.

Outstanding stay in Bloomington

Friends & family in Bloomington to attend the 500 and enjoy race weekend (definitely prefer Bloomington for this!) and to attend my son's first album release gig (he is an educator and professional.jazz musician and an IU grad). I've stayed several places in and around Bloomington over the past several years. This property is as good as anything I've experienced. Very friendly and helpful hosts, and the property was exactly as represented.: Well laid out and organized and very comfortable. As others have noted, the property is sotless and fully equipped for a perfect stay. All aspects outstanding- Thanks very much!!

Overall the stay was great. The only thing we found frustrating was the TV and how it worked. The service is not easy to use and there are times when the tv show basically tells you it will be back in 3 minutes and plays music over and over for 3 minutes.

We had a great weekend in Bloomington, everything was as advertised. The place was clean and stocked, which was so nice. The towels and sheets were really soft! We stayed in town for a funeral and when we are in town again I will definitely consider staying here

Ceremony Celebtation

Hoosier Corner was the perfect setting for our family and friends who came into town to celebrate our graduate. We had 5 overnight guests, but hosted 8 for a family dinner, and then had a few friends over after the graduations ceremony to chat and hang out. Such a homey atmosphere for our long weekend festivities. Definitely recommend this townhouse, and will rent again if we eve get back to Bloomington.
