Walk-Out Guest Suite/Apartment Near IU

If you are looking to stay near IU, look no more. This spacious walk out basement apartment is fully functional and newly remodeled. It comfortably accommodates four with one queen bed, one twin roll away and a double air mattress. Dining in is easy with a full kitchen including all the amenities and basic cooking supplies. A short walk to the bus stop makes getting to IU campus (~2mi), Memorial Stadium (~3mi) and Bloomington Hospital (1.3mi) very convenient.
The space
If you are traveling to Bloomington this is the perfect home base for your trip. Whether you are visiting IU, coming for a game or an appointment at Bloomington IU Hospital this is an ideal location. In a quiet neighborhood we are close to shopping and restaurants.

The apartment has one bedroom and one bathroom with a shower, kitchen, dining space and a living room. The bedroom features a comfortable queen sized bed and plenty of space to relax. With a fully equipped kitchen guests can cook their favorite meals and snacks while enjoying the comforts of home.

This is a walk out basement with a patio and yard. We do not allow smoking inside but outside is fine. We have one cat. He is very friendly but won't be a nuisance and is not allowed in the apartment. Feel free to use the fire pit on the patio if you talk with the hosts first.

Sleeping arrangements include one double bed, a twin blow up mattress and a twin rollaway bed. The rollaway easily opens up in the bedroom and also can be set up in the dining or tv area. You are welcome to slide the furniture around to set up the space so it's comfortable for you.

The hosts live upstairs and there will be some noise coming thru but nothing out of the ordinary. Space heaters are provided if it's a chilly night and/or you can contact the host to turn up the heat.
