Good stay near airport

Clean good sized room, conveniently located close to airport with the hotel providing a shuttle service. Staff I met were friendly and very helpful. Would use again if in the area.

Even with late-night arrival, staff was very accommodating. Breakfast, included in price, was perfect to begin our day of continued travel by car. We forgot a small expensive item in our room, but did not realize until hundreds of miles away on our journey; the friendly receptionist confirmed that the item was found and we are awaiting instructions on how to make payment for arrangement to send/return the item to us.

€20 in a cab from the airport no information on the shuttlebus anywhere. Looks like an old Formule 1 hotel that Ibis haven't renovated at all. Very very basic room, but priced more as a mid-range hotel so not great value for money. Bar closed. Restaurant closed. This wasn't late at night. Ended up with a delivery pizza in the room. Wouldn't use this hotel again.

This hotel is fine for a short stopover if flying through BSL. It’s quite basic, but does the job. I would have given higher ratings but for 1 thing. The hotel info says they operate a shuttle bus to/from the airport. And so they do 
. but there’s a catch! In fact said bus only operates from 4am to 6:30am!! So, if/when you land at BSL anytime after 6:30am, don’t waste your time standing by the pick up stand. You have no choice but to get a taxi or Uber. Nothing on my reservation, or Emails from the hotel explained this. My wife and I waited for quite some time at the pick up stand before I called the hotel and a very nice young lady explained that we must get a taxi. The very limited timespan for shuttle service is something that really should be made clear on the details. The cost of the taxi + tip was ~€20. This is a bit steep considering how close the hotel is to the airport, but it’s not a deal breaker. My main irritation was waiting around at the airport for a shuttle that was never coming. Otherwise, this is a reasonable if basic airport hotel.

First of all, the staff are absolutely amazing and hospitable. Its an airport hotel but quite a distance from the airport. The hotel provide free shuttle service to airport, not from airport. Has parking. We used an uber from airport to hotel, about 7 min away as there were no taxis on French side of airport around midnight- we were charged 48CHF- total rip off (not a review of the hotel but something to keep in mind). Breakfast is ok, selection of breads, croissants, meat, cereals, jams, fruits, boiled eggs, juices, coffee machine. Hardly any hot food. Room was a let down for the price we paid. Shower cubicle does not have any raised area to stop water from going on to the floor, the whole bathroom floor was wet after showering. No hair dryer, no kettle in room. 1 handwash and 1 shower gel/wash. 2 hangers out of which 1 was broken. AC and soundproofing were good. EUR 3.80 for a bottle of water! No water or glasses provided in room. Ok for a night but not good value for money.
