We designed the lodge with features and amenities to meet everyone`s needs. Please ask if thereâs something youâre looking for but donât see. Weâre happy to help you!
1. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be respectful of our neighbors and be mindful of your noise level during daytime hours as well.
2. Overnight guests are not permitted except for registered guests. If more guests sleep in the lodge than the number originally stated in the booking, you will incur a $500 per person per night fee.
3. Visiting guests are permitted on a case-by-case basis and require prior written approval. Unapproved guests are subject to a $100 per person per occurrence fine.
4. House parties are completely prohibited â no exceptions. Guests who host or permit house parties will be subject to fees for damages.
5. This is a smoke-free environment. Any kind of smoking, including marijuana, is prohibited anywhere on our property, indoors and outdoors. A minimum fine of $500+ for smoke extraction and odor extraction, plus additional costs to replace any damaged items resulting from smoke and/or cigarette burns, will be assessed. No candles or fire of any kind may be used other than the propane fireplace and fire table provided at the home.
6. Porch: For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to move any furniture, including from inside to outside the home.
7. No pets are allowed. Bringing unauthorized animals on the premises will incur a fine of $500 per animal. The guest booking the visit is responsible for repairs, replacements, and cleaning required for damages caused by any guestâs animal(s) during the stay. Service animals are permitted, with proof of certification.
8. Trash: Before checkout, please place all trash in the outdoor bear-proof container located near the concrete parking pad.
9. Supply Closets: The owner has three locked supply closets in the unit, one in the kitchen, one off the living room, and one in the theater room. These are not available to guests. A fine of $250 fine will be incurred for any damages resulting from tampering with the locks, plus replacement costs for any items removed from the closets.
10. Extended Stays: Stays of 14 days or longer are subject to weekly hot tub service fee of $50 and general cleaning service fee of $280 every 2 weeks.
11. Must be 25 and up to rent. For security purposes, please upload a copy of your photo ID within 72 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.
