The large front porch and classic porch swing are the first welcome to Blue Ridge Farmhouse and it just gets better from there. Hardwood covers the main floor space with a warm area rug in the living room. You can turn on the gas fireplace and cozy up with a throw blanket or enjoy the reclining leather sofa with some television.

The kitchen just begs for you to prepare a meal! Completely stocked with Pioneer Woman pots, mixing bowls and casserole dishes giving it the authentic farmhouse feel while also boasting granite counter tops and brand new appliances – even a dishwasher! The kitchen also includes place settings and a farm house table for four.

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated to ensure a relaxing environment. The luxurious king size bed, plump pillows and flat screen tv only add to the rustic charm. The Jack and Jill style bathroom has the perfect clawfoot soaking tub, handheld sprayer and plenty of towels.

The farmhouse is delightful for a romantic weekend away, but sometimes you may want to bring your friends or family to fully enjoy the area. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a dresser with a large mirror. The dusty blues and succulents create a peaceful feel.

You’ll enjoy evenings outside either in the extravagant hot tub or gathered around the firepit for some s’mores. String lights set the mood on our covered deck and there’s a barrel table close by for drinks afterward. The sound of crickets will remind you to enjoy your country nights and birds singing will brighten your mornings.

Our spa room has a sauna and large shower with body jets. There’s plenty of room to set up a massage from a local spa, and a heating air unit that houses a smart tv. The lower level also has a checkers game table and laundry facilities.

Other comforts you’ll have access to include:
A gas grill right outside the kitchen entrance from the porch.
Coffee station - Keurig, single brew coffees/teas, creamer and sugar.

Great Property

House was an absolute dream. Very clean and worth the stay. Very close to downtown and local areas. Host was on point… jacuzzi and massage chair were awesome! Should mention that the gas fireplace is turned off at 55 outside temperature.

Charming and Relaxing!

We came for our 21st Anniversary and it was a dream of a stay! We started with a little game of putt putt, enjoyed the massage chair and hot tub every evening and slept so so so well in the cozy king bed!! The privacy was top notch and allowed for some really great connection time with each other! The close proximity to downtown was awesome!! This is literally one of the best trips we have ever had and we can’t wait to come back!!

Weekend getaway

The property listing was spot on with the property. The sauna and massage chair were just the things we needed to wine down. This home is a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge. Would recommend this hidden gem to others.

Santa’s Present

Santa gave our children a quick getaway and this property was perfect-clean and spacious. It was just as the listing described- close to town yet private, too! The putt-putt and the hot tub were a huge hit. It really was like a Hallmark movie because when we arrived the icicle lights on the house were lit and the Christmas tree was still up!!! Very, very pleased!

Get away in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The cabin was clean and well cared for. Visiting from Florida we looked forward to grilling our dinners and sitting by the cozy fire in the cooler weather. We were VERY disappointed that the grill had no gas so was unusable until the final night when the host finally brought us a gas tank. We had notified the host on the day of our arrival but got no respond until late on day #2. He said he had not gotten our text but I find that hard to believe. The other major issue was the fireplace did not work at all. Although the host was contacted, again, no response until day 2 then he had to call the gas company who came on day 3 and it still was not functioning. We only stayed 3 nights! We did enjoy our stay but these were 2 very important issues for us. I would not book this location again! This was our first experience with VRBO so it was disappointing.

Awesome place!

Such an awesome weekend trip in the cutest little town. It’s so close to everything. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. My favorite part was the giant claw foot tub. My boyfriend’s favorite part was the massage chair and sauna. We are already talking about going back!

Relaxation sensation

We took this trip because my wife is a retail manager and the holidays are coming up and can be quite stressful for her… this was the perfect place to get away. The farmhouse was quaint and cozy with some very modern amenities. We loved the private hot tub area we even had some cool mornings that let us get in early. The massage chair was amazing after getting dry from a sauna or a soak. I will say the clocks on the kitchen appliances did not seem to keep correct time for some reason but that’s a minor inconvenience. Everything worked and we had some nice meals and relaxed on the couch recliners in the evenings. We did have a visitor, there was a rooster wandering the property but no worries he doesn’t crow too early. We both left much less stressed than when we arrived, Thanks to the farmhouse!

My husband and I came up to Blue Ridge for our anniversary and we were able to book this beautiful little cabin for just the two of us. It was so pretty and had so many wonderful amenities that we were able to enjoy. Check-in was so easy and we had such a great time. Would love to come back.
