the room phone did not work. The only way for communication to the outside was a walk out to the office, which was not very helpful at all, and acted as though "oh well". After insisting that the issue be resolved another "employee/contractor" was called in. After approximately 20-30 minutes, and working on the RJ11 wall jack service was restored. As a person with a mobility handicap, and medical issues that may require EMS service, as well as being a traveler unfamiliar with the services available I think you can understand being able to summon assistance. The language barrier with the on-site "manager" did not promote confidence in their ability to understand and address the issue, as their responses were not reflecting that they understood.

Your Typical cheap hotel. Creepy facility. Didn’t feel all that safe. Had to walk around back to get to parking lot- area not lit & run down.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. We enjoyed our morning conversation with them during breakfast. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room. Few amenities, noisy highway traffic, kinda shady area. The owners did try hard, and I guess for the price, I've stayed in way worse. It was okay for a night.

We’ve stayed in 5 different hotels on this trip and all of them had their own different issues but this one had everything we wanted and more. Good parking, the sweetest and most accommodating staff. Best options for breakfast! 11/10 Will be back, the rooms and lobby look so nice and new !!

This is a great hotel for the price. The outside still needs to be redone, but the rooms have been redone and they are great. I would definitely stay here again. Easy off and on to the highway. There’s also free breakfast and they will make you eggs anyway that you like them.

Great hotel that cares about your experience.

Great place to stay if you are passing through or need a few days in town. Older property, but you can tell the owners are investing in making it a good experience. Clean and sizable rooms, incredible breakfast with sausage, biscuits and gravy, and custom eggs to order, along with the usual Continental stuff. Friendly desk service people late night and early morning. Even though this motel looks older, I really thought they worked hard to make sure I had a good stay. Highly recommend.
