Your apartment was newly renovated in 2024 and is ideal for up to four guests. It features one bedroom, a living and dining area with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and underfloor heating. The modern, bright, and tastefully furnished apartment is on the ground floor and offers step-free access as well as a private terrace in the well-kept garden with a large table and chairs. The partially covered terrace lets you enjoy the sun and extends your holiday season.



The generous living and dining area includes a kitchen equipped with a cooktop, convection oven at working height, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, SodaStream, and kettle. The bedroom has laminate flooring, a double bed (1.60 m wide), a large wardrobe, and an extra smart TV. Bath, shower, and hand towels as well as bed linen are provided free of charge for all guests and changed as needed.



A high chair and a travel cot for children are available. Two free parking spaces for cars and bicycles are provided on the property. The wellness area with a small barrel sauna invites you to relax. Two nearly new KTM Macina trekking e-bikes (men’s and women’s models) and a dog trailer can be rented for an additional fee. For hygiene reasons, please bring your own bike helmet.



Dogs are welcome. Ludwigshafen offers excellent infrastructure despite its quiet edge-of-town location, with doctors, pharmacy, banks, shops, and restaurants. The beach, lakeside promenade, bike rental, yacht charter, a small gym, and playgrounds are also nearby.
