Happy Holiday.

Really nice people to deal with. Property was of a good size, more than enough room. There was a strange smell coming from the rear of the fridge, but I forgot to report it. Probably nothing major. Really quiet place to stay. Nice lakes to walk around. Good food in the restaurant.

Love it

Loved it...we stayed in a 3 bedroom lodge, which was lovely, clean & very comfortable. We went out visiting tourist areas through the day, so never spent the days on the park. But the park had just been taken over by park holidays, so we did notice renovations & upgrades happening in the main building. So would be interesting to see what amenities etc will be available on site. Enjoyable weekend tho & would recommend

Very clean. The surrounding is very greenery and with privacy in our little patio. The toilets and bath are big. We enjoyed the hot tub , very relaxing. We had a good sleep at night. Definitely will come back again.

Great location, clean and spacious

Easy check-in with the very friendly staff at reception, and the lodge itself was really spacious and very clean. Enough towels and essentials provided! Decor slightly dated, but for the price it's really not a problem. The front door had a bit of a knack to lock it, but overall it was a really great place to stay in a great central location to North Cornwall.

A Hot weekend.

Very good accommodation. Needed a thermostat on the heating as we had to switch off the boiler to get the place to cool down a bit. No thermostat anywhere to be seen. Apart from that it was excellent. Will go again.

We had the larger two bedroom lodge. Check before booking as they are not all the same. The larger ones are quite spacious.It's a nice place to stay for a few days if you have your own transport. The place was clean but our lodge did require some work and modernisation though nothing drastic. Please note that the kitchens are not well stocked with plates, cutlery or pans. The minimum is provided but it's never enough to fill a dishwasher.

It’s good sized and could have easily accommodated 6 people (3 bedrooms) Only not so great thing was Wifi coverage was spotty and slow and maintenance person didn’t show up to fix one radiator in lounge. (I knew there was air pocket and couldn’t leak it on one radiator, but I managed to do other one with my screw driver) So, an area in lounge felt chilly. But overall, other rooms were sufficiently warm

Dreamy cottage

We chose to stay at the 2 bedroom cottage with Waterside Cornwall for our romantic aniversary. Pros: 1.This was a fantastic base to explore Cornwall from. Eden Project is only a 20 minutes drive away for example 2. Beautifully maintained cottage, equipped with dishwasher, very spacious rain shower, comfortable bathtub. 3. Extra duvet and pillows available Cons: 1. Restrictive check-ins and check-out times. The check in is set very late - 5PM and the check out is set very early - 9 AM. As such, this does not feel like a suitable deal for a short stay or weekend getaway. On the plus side, when we asked whether we could have any extra time when checking out, reception offered us another half hour 2. The bathtub jacuzzi jets were not working, which was a little bit dissapointing

Great getaway

Excellent location and very nice spacious and clean lodge. Nice and peaceful area. Hot tub included but not as hot as we would have liked it. Friendly staff. Easy access to beach not far away. Only downside is you have to check out by 9, although we were given until 10am considering check in is at 5. Otherwise great getaway. Highly recommended. Will use again.

What a lovely little lodge! Much bigger than we expected. The bathrooms were lush. We were a bit worried as some of the reviews mentioned that the lodges arent very clean but we found everything clean apart from curtains / blinds! Has a dishwasher, washing machine, eveyrthing you can think of! Hot tub was lovely too and modern and had a blue tooth speaker.

Stayed for work, so sadly didn’t get to explore the area, however, will be returning with my significant other at some stage for a mini break. Lovely well equipped lodge, comfortable and cozy, friendly staff at check in.
