I wish I could give it 5 stars

Unfortunately the host attempted to cancel my reservation a week before our arrival. This trip was our Christmas vacation. We planned this trip and booked this condo months prior. The condo is the only condo available big enough to host our group of 9 people. I received an email a week before our arrival stating that the condo is not available anymore and that they would refund my money. They actually canceled the reservation and refunded my money. We had no other housing options so we were planning on canceling the trip all together. Eventually after talking to the host and threatening to get Vrbo involved the host reaccepted our booking and recharged the money. Crappy experience. We loved Bogota. The Condo is beautiful and in a great location. Everything else was perfect
