This house is rented exclusively to family groups. It's designed for 14 people in its five bedrooms, but with prior arrangement, its capacity can be expanded to 16 people using a double inflatable mattress in the living room, which can be enclosed and has access to a bathroom. The house

is practically brand new and has been furnished with everything necessary for a perfect stay. Highlights include its heated pool and jacuzzi, the deck with catamaran netting, the fully equipped BBQ area, and the area for enjoying delicious bonfires with a bioethanol fireplace.

Other Aspects to Highlights:
Housekeepers charge 90,000 pesos per day. There will be one housekeeper if your group is smaller than 8 people, and two if it is larger. They will be responsible for cleaning, cooking, tidying the rooms, etc. In Colombia, it is customary to share meals with them.

Please note that the VRBO cleaning fee and the housekeeping service fee are separate and different. The small cleaning fee charged through VRBO covers preparing the house before your arrival and cleaning it after your departure. The housekeeping service fee covers their work during your stay and must be paid directly to them before checkout; they greatly appreciate it.

Depending on our booking schedule, we can be flexible with check-in/out times, but if we need to prepare the house for upcoming guests, the check-out time will be strictly adhered to. Late and unauthorized check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.
