The rooms are quite unclean and not in good condition. Hand towels should be provided in the bathrooms, along with higher-quality toilet paper.

Terrible service and bad experience

It has been the worst experience in hotels that I have booked with you. I cancelled a better room in advance and when I arrived they gave me the cheapest one and said that it was what I cancelled, that the photos that you have in the application are not correct and that the room I cancelled does not exist. They never helped me and they left me in the worst room they have without a hair straightener, without an iron for clothes (which I needed for a conference, and because of so much insistence they told me this one day after I requested it). In the restaurant at breakfast they do not pay attention to foreigners and they serve the compatriots first and then us, I had to get upset so they could serve me a cup of coffee almost finishing my breakfast. I did not change due to time constraints and the area I was in. In short, it was a terrible experience that I would not want to repeat.

Everyone was very friendly and patient with me, as im from Canada and i know very little spanish, good enough english where you can understand them after a couple months of dualingo lol. Food was amazing Sadly their bar was veing renovated, check and see before booking as it was on their website, saldy the hot tub was broken the entire stay, very little water pressure coming from hot tub. Sauna and steam room towards end of visit was broken also. Other than certain facilities which wasnt really their fault it was great !
