I recently stayed at the Fairfield Hotel and overall, it was a good experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made my stay more enjoyable. However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement.First, the complimentary bottled water provided in the rooms was quite difficult to open, which could be inconvenient for guests. Additionally, the room service was inconsistent; there were days when supplies like towels and toilet paper were not replenished adequately, requiring me to request them.On the positive side, the hotel is well-located in a quiet area, and the facilities are quite good. Transportation options are readily available, and the breakfast offered a nice variety that was satisfying.In summary, the hotel was a pleasant place to stay, but addressing a few minor issues would enhance the overall experience.
