- Comfortable beds/pillows
- Quiet
- Good showers
- Great staff at the breakfast
- Had to ask several times for a missing towel
- Complicated early check in and charged us for it whereas the hotel was almost empty
- Floors not clean

Supermarket and pharmacy 2 mn away.
The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The room was of a great size.
Clean room
Good breakfast
But no soap in the bathroom and a huge leak under the sink.

Very cold place .. I mentioned it but nothing was done about it. Need a jacket for going to breakfast and a jumper in the room.. had to ask to change to towels otherwise the leave the same one for few days.. dust is never cleaned.. the gym has 2 machines full of dust and the gym room is no clean and full of dust!!noice due to renovations very early in the morning ..front desk poeple never ask if anything needed. I booked with buffet breakfast but I ve been told that there is buffet only when there is a certain number of guest in the hotel and where there is it’s a poor light buffet..but the service at breakfast was great..I didn’t enjoy it and won’t return there.. they don’t offer /deliver what we see online .. very disappointed.,

El primer día se trabó la caja fuerte. El desayuno del domingo fue terrible, no había nada listo y eran las 8am. Cuando reclamé me dijeron que la empleada no había llegado. Era vergonzoso ver al encargado de recepción metido en la cocinanayudando). A la final el desayuno fue buffet sólo el primer día. El resto de dias, uno tenía que ir pidiendo poco a poco lo que quería y no había nada servido para escoger. (aclaro que pagué mis desayunos a parte). Un día completo sin presión de agua y sin agua caliente (tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría en Bogotá).Y para rematar, como socio silver debían darme una botella de bebida alcohólica de cortesía. Cuando reclamé, tuvieron la desvergonzada actitud de darme una lata de cerveza. Terrible experiencia. Deberían devolver mi dinero !!

Buen hotel, muy limpio instalalciones bonitas, cómodas, alguno q otro detalle de.mantenimiento qse puede mejorar, buen desayuno rico, en general muy agradeble y muy central a todo.

Room was exactly as advertised. Great value. Nearby options for a variety of foods. Located along a main street easily accessible to taxi, rideshare, bus, or walking options for transportation. If you are comfortable in the urban setting the area feels safe as well, located by a variety of educational institutions and Parque de los Hippies. Overall great stay. Definitely reccomend.
