Found blood on our sheets. I asked for new sheets and pillow cases and the owner told me that it was to late in the evening to request new bedding. Unbelievable! They refunded my stay 100% but the memory remains.

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures. Outside area horrible. Room very poorly decorated. Rust brown water from shower. Unsafe area.

The 1 star is for the general manager. Everyone else was amazing. But his sour attitude, rude demeanor and just plain rude behavior made me give this property a 1 star. He really needs to read up on ADA.

Proximity of the property to downtown and key locations is great. But the property is OLD and rundown. One of our two rooms was not cleaned or made up when we opened the door. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but now sure how they could miss that. There is one chair and a bed in each room. Unlike the beds, you can't change the linens on the chairs. They were disgusting. At least the bed linens were clean. Seemed to be a lot of weekly renters (fixing cars, just hanging around, etc.,). We chose the location and price for ease of access and some quick zzz's before heading to the airport. Great if your budget is low but you'll get what you pay for.

You pay for what you get. The surprise 50 deposit is always a nice touch. After driving for 9 plus hours I jus wanted to lay down. I carry my own blanket n sheets when I travel. There was left over frozen food in the fridge from who knows when.

LOOK OUT!

Danger! Read the fine print before you sign. All guests must have a government issued id or you dont stay. My friend forgot his wallet and they wouldn't do anything for us. Wouldn't let him stay Wouldn't give us a refund or help us in any way. Accused ne if being aggressive when they saw i was un happy (i was nothing of tge sort) When hotels.com called them they still wouldn't do anything but take our money. THEY JUST put us out on the street.

Owner is an actual Psycho! Screaming at her employees when they greeted me. I booked a double queen so as not to appear alone and she screamed that I could only have a single. I politely asked if I could just cancel and she told me to ‘get the f*ck out b*itch’ Then would not refund my money.

STAY THE HELL AWAY. RUN FAST MAN RUN!!!!!

Our stay was terrible we were in room 211. The room is outdated, there was a hole in the bedspread, the bathroom door didn't completely shut. Now here is the worst and most disgusting part is our room had a mouse in it. We were told to follow the rules of the property with one being no cats. When we went to our room a room 2 doors down had a cat. After being so grossed out about the mouse I told the guy that was checking us out and he said yes that's one of our workers. All he said about the mouse was sorry. Would not recommend this place definitely would say to stay clear.
