Lorinda's North by Northwest is a lovely remodeled three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with everything you'll need for a fantastic stay in the City of Trees! As an ideal alternative to a hotel room, this West Boise dwelling sits 8 minutes North of the Boise Towne Square Mall, 15 minutes to the Northwest of the BOI airport, and 15 minutes from everything downtown Boise has to offer—culture, restaurants, shopping and more. It's also a short 45-minute drive from Bogus Basin for skiing, snowshoeing and tubing, plus the area's only mountain coaster and mountain biking for summer fun. *NOTE: PLAN TO GROCERY SHOP 1st! This property has been set up for monthly rentals and our hosting services do not include spices, soaps, cleaners, or incidentals. 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels are provided for use upon arrival.

Upon entering the house, you'll find a bright, lovely sitting room to your left, featuring a comfy sofa, armchairs, and an upright spinet piano.

To the left, a hallway will lead you to a bathroom with a tub and shower combo and two of three bedrooms in the home. The primary bedroom features a king bed with upholstered headboard, a full-length mirror, and an eight-drawer dresser. The primary bathroom features a spacious glass shower and walk-in closet with plenty of room to store your belongings.

The second bedroom offers a full-size bed, dresser, and closet.

The third bedroom sits just off the front entry, with easy access to the sitting room, kitchen, and family room, and features a twin bed, desk, and closet with room to store your own clothing or office supplies, but pre-loaded with toys and a booster seat for an extra amazing stay for your family.

A well-stocked kitchen offers plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an oven with a four-burner range. The open-space design reveals a dining area that seats four, with additional breakfast bar seating.

Beyond the dining area, you'll find a family room with a comfortable sofa, a gas fireplace, a plethora of board games and kids' books, and a giant library of family-friendly DVDs. A large Roku TV will entertain you with free television programming and easy connection to all of your favorite streaming subscriptions.

The fully fenced backyard area comes equipped with a covered, furnished patio and BBQ grill.

A large driveway allows for two cars, and one side of the garage can also be used for parking.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you securely online when needed.

HOUSE RULES
*Plan to grocery shop: except 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet at the top of each stay, we do not supply consumable products (TP, paper towels, soaps, spices, etc.). Consumables left behind by a previous guest may be used or discarded.
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.

*There cannot be more than 5 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 5 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check-out and early check-in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check-out really affects our cleaner's schedules. If you do not arrange a late check-out in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not check-out by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*If discovered, any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.
