Our room was so incredibly disgusting. The carpet was completely stained up, torn up, mold on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet was beyond disgusting… the thermostat was missing from the wall in the room. Under the bed looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned in years. Lots of candy and dust and lots of debris. There were stains on the walls even… My bed had old rice in between the covers. I’m completely disturbed.

Our room wasnt ready so we sat in the lobby for a couple of hours. They finally got us in a room(not our room) so that we could get ready for a concert we were going to. We were finally able to get into our room after the show(11pm). The room was ok but not the cleanest and had a super musty smell. Overall, not too impressive but the employees were awesome so that is a plus.

The bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean. Unfortunately, the shower curtain would not stay closed, so watered sprayed out onto the floor and toilet. Bedding and towels were supposed to be changed on the third day. On day four, I asked about it and was told it would happen that day. Had to ask again on day five. Finally had to track down a housekeeper myself.

I was traveling with an elderly person and the handicap parking spots were too few and completely full every evening when we got back to the hotel (@7pm or 11pm). They need more reserved spaces. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was probably nice for those who ate in the first hour it was open, but they did not restock the items after 8am even though the breakfast went until 9am. With two volleyball teams there for State and most of their families, many of us didn't get much choice for breakfast any of the days. I resorted to yogurt or oatmeal, but it would've been nice to have had some eggs and potatoes like the early birds. Restocking for the masses should be guaranteed if breakfast is included for ALL guests until breakfast closes.
