Initally we were denied access to check in because I forgot my ID (my bad) we stated that we could change the reservation to my husbands name (same last name) easily. The Front Desk staff (Jay) was very helpful and said that should not be a problem. As soon as the words came out of his mouth a manager came around out of the back room and stated that it was too late to make that change and we were out of luck. I offered to get a photo copy of my ID and still get the reservation change but was told that since it was through a 3rd party site we

Horrible room! We had to flush the toilet 2 or 3 times to empty it. The bed frame was broken. The mattress had a big indent on the edge between my ribs and mid-thighs. We had to sleep on only 2/3 of the queen size mattress. The shower, which was the size of a 2/3 bathtub had a low spot that never drained. I had to use flip flops to shower as it was gross. The roll of spare toilet paper was sticky and yellow. We had to go get new TP from front desk. In every request for improvement, they indicated since we booked with Travelocity they couldn’t help us. They used Travelocity as an excuse why they could not print me a receipt, yet my credit card shows the payment left 3 days before our stay ended. I have no idea what all hit my credit card, no email or printed receipt. Travelocity ratings were great, that is why I booked this place. My son and daughter-in-law did not book through Travelocity and they were treated so much better. They had an improved room, were given a receipt and treated like human beings. I will say the food was good. We tipped the person who did the food very nicely!

I had asked for a king suit. When I walked in the room had not been cleaned. The bed was undone like someone had just woke up out of it. The towels were used and on the toilet. Then they gave me another room with queen beds for the same price. Ridiculous!

Not great but good for the price!

The front desk lady was awesome! Her name was Bella and she got me the room I requested and even offered to help me up the stairs, no elevator, with my bags. I’m 77 but still pretty good on stairs!! The bed was great and everything but the bathroom area was good. Maybe an update on the carpet and bath area is needed. It was close to the things I needed to do so I will stay again when I’m Boise!!!

To Whom It May Concern, I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Quality Inn in Meridian. The property appeared to be poorly maintained, and the staff came across as unprofessional, unfriendly, and disorganized, which reflected a lack of effective management. The room itself was uncomfortable and noisy due to traffic and barking dogs in nearby rooms. Additionally, the cleanliness and upkeep of the room were below expectations. The bed was uncomfortable, the lights kept deactivating, and overall, the room did not appear to be well cared for. Furthermore, the breakfast and coffee were not ready at the scheduled time and seemed to be leftover from the previous day, which was both unappetizing and disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property and hope that improvements can be made for future guests. Sincerely, Stephanie
