Bright and open living area features a comfortable sectional with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy! Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging, spend time catching up on your favorite Netflix series or bring DVD’s with you for the kids to plug into the BlueRay! Open seating area with large windows bring in plenty of light and provide a comfy space for reading, playing a board game putting together a puzzle or enjoying your morning coffee.
Master bedroom features a KING size bed with a comfortable mattress with clean & crisp linens. There is a walk-in closet and a small dresser for storing your personal items. A desk if you must bring your work with you and en suite bathroom.
Master Bath features a soaking tub with shower and double vanity. Clean and spacious, with plenty of space for personal items. High quality towels, shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials to include a hairdryer and paper products provided for your convenience.

Pac ‘n play available if there is a small human in the group. NOTE: A high-chair and baby gate for the stairs is available on request.

Centrally located with equal distance to the city of Meridian and the city of Eagle. Arrive at the home easily off I-84 via the Ten Mile Interchange, located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a community park just down the street and around the corner. There is a nail salon, a couple hair salons, plenty of dine-in or drive-through restaurants, several grocery stores and a couple of convenience/gas stations just minutes from the property!
An approximately 15 min drive to Fairview at Eagle Road you’ll be at The Village at Meridian the areas premier open air mall featuring upscale apparel and specialty retail, fine restaurants, cafes, and the Village Cinemas. Designed with European style architecture, the buildings and tree lined streets surrounded buy a park setting complete with a children's play area and world-class show fountain with hourly shows choreographed to lights and music. Located in the heart of Idaho's Treasure Valley, The Village at Meridian is a unique and unexpected destination with movies, concerts, arcades, local entertainment and much more, providing a wide selection of activities for individual and families.
Eagle Road has a high commercial density and tons of shopping, dining & amenities. This is where you will find chain restaurants, the Village at Meridian, and chain retailers such as Target, Lowes and Staples. There’s also a Regional Hospital at Eagle Road and I-85.
Downtown Boise (approx. 30 min) is worth checking out. The historic downtown covers multiple blocks and has something for everyone. Visitors will find boutique shops, crave worthy dining, a restored theater, breweries, night life and lots of activities. As locals and travelers crave walkability the downtown business district has stepped up to fill this void.
Nearby parks include Seasons Park, Chateau Park, Keith Bird Legacy Park and Heros Park. Lakeview Golf Club in Meridian or Eagle Hills Golf Course in Eagle are 2 local clubs. Roaring Springs Water Park and Wahooz Family Fun Zone are two local attractions perfect for family fun.

Getting Around:
The property is centrally located in a residential neighborhood. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and entertainment are all within 3 miles of the house. Transportation could be accomplished by Uber or other transportation, but a car is recommended.
Other Things to Note:
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights.
~ Yard Service is provided weekly and they will need exterior access during your stay.

We are available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to property with keyless entry on front door.
