L' appartamento Living Rencio Ăš situato di fronte alla fermata dell'autobus linea urbana, a 600 metri dalla funivia che in 12 minuti porta all’incantevole altopiano del Renon (famoso per le sue piramidi di terra), Ăš vicina al sentiero europeo E5 e alla passeggiata S. Osvaldo e proprio dietro alle vigne di S. Maddalena. In soli 30 minuti di auto si raggiunge il lago di Carezza ed i comprensori sciistici di Carezza, Obereggen e Siusi. A pochi passi da Living Rencio ci sono due supermercati (Amort ed Eurospin) . Sempre a pochi passi si trovano un ampio negozio di prodotti biologici (Naturalia) e una fornita Bottiglieria con una vasta scelta di vini locali ed italiani (Vinum). Nello stesso edificio di Living Rencio Ăš a disposizione (su richiesta ed a pagamento) un garage coperto. Living Rencio offre ai suoi ospiti un servizio di noleggio biciclette. Biking holiday

Apartment listing is accurate. Quite comfortable Well equipped with paper products, coffee pods, oil and spices. Was missing a couple of small things spatula, vegetable peeler and only one dish towel. Host is great and responsive. Beautiful patio, very quiet and free parking or bike storage, excellent location next to grocery store and 10 minute walk to train station and town centre. Would stay again.

South Tyrol bike and hike

The property is exactly as listed no surprises. It was just two of us staying there so we had lots of space. Building is safe and quiet, kitchen is well stocked, lots of towels, dishwasher and washer tabs, paper products etc. Nice patio, locked garage for car but we stored our bikes there. We stayed two weeks and cleaner came after first week and charged bedding, towels and gave the unit a cleaning. Nice grocery store less than 5 minutes walk away. Host is great, we only speak English but he is fluent in German and Italian and he still was able to give us a good orientation of the unit. We would stay here again!

Tolle Wohnung, schöner Aufenthalt

Es handelt sich bei Maurizio um eine sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Wohnung! Besonders schön ist das viele kochutensilien und kaffeekapseln bereits vorhanden sind. Auch dass ein GeschirrspĂŒler vorhanden ist und der Stil der Wohnung im allgemeinen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch sehr gut in Bezug auf GeschĂ€fte, BĂ€cker und die Rittner Bergbahnen. Zum Skifahren muss man wohl aber 30 Minuten Fahrt einrechnen, z.B. Carrezza oder Seiser Alm. Wir können uns definitiv wieder einen Aufenthalt vorstellen! Maurizio ist auch ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber!

The owner met us personally and gave a great orientation to the suite. He left us some beer and food goodies as a gift when we arrived as well done as free passes to local museums, with plenty of tourist brochures. The free parking was very secure and much appreciated..

Early fall in Bolzano

This apartment was great for our purposes. Maurizio was very responsive. Nice snack basket to greet weary travelers. The price was right. A few things to note: 1) this apt. is NOT in the center of town, but it IS walking distance from the bus and train stations, and perhaps more importantly, the Tram up to Soprabolzano, which we took twice in our three-day weekend (the rental includes handy passes for free trips on the tram and museum entry); 2) this place is near the train tracks, so keep the doors closed and you might want to have earplugs handy for night-time; 3) the place was a little smaller in reality than it appeared in the photos, so it was fine but cozy for three of us; 4) there is a good supermarket, natural food store, wine shop nearby. Overall, we really had a great weekend at this place.

Schönes gemĂŒtliches Apartment am Rand der Innenstadt

GemĂŒtliches 2 Zimmer-Apartment am Rand der Innenstadt in der zweiten Reihe der Via Rencio. Die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle ist ausserdem ebenfalls vor dem Haus. Die Bozencard wird kostenlos zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Damit kann man öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Seilbahn zum Ritten und auch Museen kostenlos nutzen. Kostenloser Parkplatz gehört ebenfalls zum Apartment. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, alles funktionert sehr gut, der Vermieter was sehr hilfsbereit und wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder

Wunderbare Wohnung!

Alles war hervorragend! Es war ein sehr schönes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Zudem war der Vermieter ĂŒberaus freundlich und hatte uns sogar ein Willkommenspaket mit Leckereien und GetrĂ€nken vorbereitet.

Perfect base for exploring Dolomites

First of all, I have to thank to owner mr. Maurizio for his excelent service. The place is on perfect location near Bolzano center as well as near the Bolzano cable car entrance station. The small groceries are close as well. Bolzano is great for exploring Dolimites, some peaks are pretty close. Definitely highly recommended.
