Escape to this charming 3-bedroom villa nestled in the peaceful heart of Bonita Springs. Just minutes from the vibrant Downtown Bonita & a short drive to the pristine beaches of Bonita Springs & Barefoot Beach, this villa is the perfect base for your beach getaway! Explore nearby Naples, Fort Myers Beach, & Estero for even more adventures. Inside, discover our curated black folder filled with local recommendations to make your stay unforgettable. Relax, unwind, & savor the best of SW Florida!
The heated pool is exclusively for your use and is located just to the right of the property. To access it, simply walk past the neighboring property on the right(occupied by a full-time tenant) and follow the sign to the gated pool area.
The tenant does not use the pool while guests are staying, but will clean it in the mornings. If additional cleaning is needed, please let us know. The pool is also professionally cleaned once a week for your convenience.
Washer & dryer, bikes & beach equipment are located in the garage for your use.
The space is for your use completely, including the pool and garage where the laundry area is.
I like to keep things private for you but if you need anything let me or one of my team know.
