Enjoy your perfect vacation at our cozzy 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment.
It accommodates up to 5 people. Sofa in the living room reclines for the night.

Your stay at this vacation condo includes FREE On-Site PARKING, FREE unlimited WiFi and Premium TV with 125+ channels and casting capabilities.

A beach umbrella, beach towels and 2 beach chairs are included with this unit.

FREE BEACH PARKING is 6-7 minutes away, so you can have a convenient and free beach access!

The condo complex is close distance to 3 award-winning state preserve beaches including Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass and Lover s Key. Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva Island, and all of the neighboring communities offer dining, shopping, watersports, wildlife, cultural, and sporting events for your southwest Florida vacation. This condo is the perfect getaway, yet close to all the pleasures Southwest Florida has to offer.

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

Minimum age to rent is 21.

Renters with pets MUST contact the owner BEFORE doing the reservation and provide pet details. Due to HOA rules we only allow 1 pet up to 30 lb, and pet MUST be registered and approved by HOA before the reservation is made. If Renters fail to contact the owner and provide pet details and reserve the apartment without an approval from HOA for the pet, reservation can be canceled without a notice.

Renters will have to sign the additional Lease Agreement and HOA Lease application. If you want to read the agreement or the application prior to the reservation - please contact me and I will be happy to send them to you. Renters might be required to conduct over the phone interview with the manager of association. All document and instructions about the interview will be provided shortly after the reservation.

Winter Getaway

The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major thoroughfares and close to stores and activities. Denys was quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. The check-in/check-out process was especially easy.

Three months without snow, rain or cold!

Great location for vacationing. Safe walking, people (friendly) district. Lots of great restaurants, pubs and shopping. We boated twice a week, beached a couple of times a week and shopped when needed. Pool was great, thanks for your hospitality Denys, much appreciated.

floors were filthy....my feet were black..shower curtain rings missing..stall shower drain top moved....very dangerous....no space in queen bathroom to place anything...outdated and broken furniture..awful couch.....dirty washing machine....filthy air filter...only two towels per person...no second set of sheets....tv kept going out....too much construction noise above and next door....leak from men working upstairs.....had to clean that up.....

Month of March 2019 Stay

Denis was very easy to communicate with and provide assistance when necessary. The condo is updated and very clean.Neighbors were friendly, lots of swims in pool and morning and evening walks in area. Golfing, concerts, kayaking at river park and race track. There is free parking at the beach, but need to get there early to find a spot Try Doug's Seafood if you stay.

Well located Condo

The condo is in a well placed location if you are a golfer. Nice size for two people and a small dog. All the appliances and accessories are there for your use. Nice people to talk to at the heated pool as well. Looking forward to next year

Adorable modern apartment in good location

Our party included 2 couples and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Mother Nature did not cooperate so we were unable to use the lanai or the pool but both were nice. The pool is not heated so it would be perfect in the summer. We really enjoyed the close proximity to Momentum brewery and Dolly’s for breakfast. The kitchen was really beautiful but lacked a few items that would have been nice to have, but I assume that is because it is a recent vacation rental.
