Please note that Beach & Tennis is undergoing scheduled construction from December 15, 2025 through April 2026. This work includes roof improvements and atrium renovations:
Roof Work: Guests on higher floors could experience early-morning noise during weekdays.
Atrium Work: Crews will be working in the central courtyards on drainage and paver installation. Noise is possible, but building access will not be affected.
Parking: Some areas may be temporarily blocked due to roof construction.

Inside, the unit is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. While not fully remodeled, the interior has a pleasant and welcoming feel designed for easy vacation living. The condo features a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming options. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for your stay.
A starter set of essentials is included for arrival. Guests will find small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.
The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities within the complex remain under construction. Parking is free and open, and check-in is simple with a personal door code provided prior to arrival.

Location was amazing. Walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. Would absolutely recommend.
Unit was just as described. Very nice for my wife and me. The beach is just a walk across the street and was beautiful. Close to Lovers Key State Park which is one of favorite places to go and I highly recommend a visit while staying here. Communication was easy and quick response. Would definitely rent this unit again.
Great water views across the street. Windows needed a little cleaning to enjoy the view better but not a big deal.Great communication from property manager.Clearly listed the construction ongoing so no surprises there. Was hoping for laundry and may have had one in another building but looked in building 3 but that entire ground floor is under renovation so nothing available there. The unit could use a little sprucing up, but does appear generally well kept.Would be comfortable staying again.
High enough to be above the trees with a perfect ocean view. Very good restaurant, literally across the street, in front of a wide and unlimited expense of beach.
