While our area continues to rebuild from the impacts of recent hurricanes, and though our paradise may look a bit different than it once did, our beaches are beautiful and accessible right across the street from this condo. The sun continues to shine and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Although ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Bonita Beach, Fort Myers Beach, local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to our area!

Due to damage from the previous hurricanes, work is still being done to restore the grounds, atriums and landscaping. Occasional daytime noise is possible. The tennis courts are currently closed, but two temporary pickleball courts are available.

This brand newly remodeled Bonita Beach and Tennis studio condominium, located immediately across the street from Bonita Beach will provide the perfect getaway for a couple who loves the sun, sand and beach! Located in desirable Building 1, it's closest to the beach access than the other building towers on property. The studio is thoughtfully outfitted and comes with everything you should need to enjoy your visit to our tropical paradise beach town!

The studio floorplan boasts an open kitchen, dining, and living/sleeping area .

The living area includes ample seating, including a leather powered recliner - perfect for relaxation; community provided cable is on the Smart TV, which is wall mounted and pivots between the living and sleeping areas. The full glass sliding doors in the living area opens to the screen enclosed balcony.

You will enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king-size bed freshly made for you with hotel quality linens, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a spacious uncluttered walk-in closet to store your belongings.

The full bathroom comes with an oversized walk-in shower and a complimentary in-unit washer/dryer. Bath and beach towels are included during your stay.

The kitchen has quartz counters and full size upgraded stainless steel appliances; cookware, dinnerware and small electrical appliances are provided - including drip coffee maker and electric kettle.

Free WiFi is available throughout the condo.

A beach umbrella, beach towels, beach chairs and cooler are included with this unit.

Your stay at this vacation condo includes free parking so you can easily walk to the beach. Please note, RV or Trailor parking is NOT PERMITTED.

Pay-per use laundry facilities are located in building 1, 3 & 5.

While the newly reopened Beach and Tennis Club is currently not offering tennis, its unprecedented access and proximity to some of SW Florida's award-winning beaches still make it a highly desired vacation destination! This property is directly across the boulevard from the white sands of Bonita Beach and all its amenities including wave runners, paddle boarding and kayaking. You'll be close to some of Bonita Beach's favorite restaurants including Doc's Beach House, Coconut Jacks & The Fish House.

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the condo complex you will find all the beaches, watersports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5 building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
