Welcome to The Bonita Paddle 2/2, a two-bedroom, two-bath second-floor condo located one mile from the beach and an easy walk to terrific restaurants, boat rentals, and shopping. This condo is easily accessible by elevator from a secure entry point. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing destination, or one filled with fun, adventure, and nightlife, you'll find it here. Jet ski and kayak rentals, parasailing, and pick-up games of volleyball can be found very close by. Walk the endless miles of white sugar sand beach past the multi-million dollar homes of Vanderbilt Beach. Everything is within walking distance or a short drive. A 5-10 minute drive to the north takes you to Lovers Key State Park Beach and Fort Myers Beach. Going south of Bonita to Marco Island you can take in the Swamp Buggy Races, head to Naples for shopping on Fifth Avenue, or go further south to the Everglades for an airboat tour. Numerous shops and restaurants abound right outside your condo door, or just a short drive away. Museums/galleries, live theatre, charter fishing tours, and even ice hockey are all just a few minute's drive. A unique feature of this condo is a separate outdoor screened-in kitchen that offers additional seating for meals and just hanging out and features a Jennaire electric grill, refrigerator, ice maker, and sink. An elevator ride to the roof offers some great views. Condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, all towels and linens, a private laundry area, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans.

On arrival, there is off-street parking. Enter into the furnished foyer and open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is cool tile flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of granite counter space and cabinets stocked with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer with a pull-out freezer drawer with an ice maker, a 5-burner glass top range and convection oven, a built-in above-range microwave oven, and a dishwasher. There is a European-style sink with a disposal and even a Keurig coffee maker! A peninsular bar from the kitchen has three high-boy bar seats on the living/dining side. This flows into the well-furnished living area with a sofa and matching loveseat and coffee table on an area rug. Opposite this is a credenza with a large flat-screen TV. There is a table seating three. Sliding glass doors lead out to a balcony furnished with a cafe table and two chairs.

The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed on an area rug, nightstands and lamps, a bench, a corner chair, and a triple dresser with a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, a commode, a walk-in closet, a corner garden tub, and a walk-in shower with a glass wall and door. The guest bedroom is accessed through double pocket doors and is furnished with a queen-size bed, nightstands, and lamps. There is ample closet space, and access from this bedroom into the guest bathroom that has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode, and combination tub/shower.

Off the kitchen is a laundry room complete with a stacked washer, dryer, and laundry sink. Also, a door from the kitchen provides access to the outdoor screened-in kitchen and seating area mentioned above. For those with large or extended families, a separate efficiency that sleeps two is just across the hall and can be reserved at the same time.

Unit was absolutely perfect, the grounds and the pool area needed a lot of work. If they fix up the outside and do something with the lobby this could be a great place.

Cute condo

This is a nice property and was as described. The check in process was not simple. The only downside to this property is the pool is by the main road and not enjoyable to lay by due to the road noise. The property was properly stocked . They had an iron but no ironing board . The condo was clean..I would stay there again .

Everything we needed

The condo was clean and stocked with supplies for our 3 week stay. A couple of broken kitchen tools noticed on arrival were immediately replaced. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a bonus. It's a 10-minute bicycle ride to the beach or grocery store and there are many places to eat nearby. The pool was never too busy and the water was always warm. Only downside was the road traffic noise during the day when poolside, however it was quiet at night.

The condo was clean, conveniently close to activities, and felt safe. It had beach/bath towels, coffee pot, stocked kitchen with all cooking/eating necessities, hair dryer, & games. This condo did not have any beach gear left over. Most places I've stayed had a communal donation box or left over beach stuff somewhere in or around the condo. We did not find anything, so we did buy beach chairs that we had to leave. The beach is a 3 minute drive, there are a few restaurants and a coffee shop with in walking distance. If you rent a car, you do have to pay to park at the beaches. It was around 6 for 5 hours. There's a whole in the wall bar, across the street, with awesome staff. They have karaoke 3 nights per week. That was a blast! It was all ages, 20's-70 year olds. There is live music near by at almost every place you go. Bonita Springs is a fun town!

Bonita beach

Very clean and quiet. The balcony sliding door needed to have a screen door on it. Pool is smaller than it looks in pictures. Very close to great biking/walking trail. Didn’t have the correct key lockbox code upon arrival. Someone let us in to first door, but code on unit door was correct. Manager got back to us with lockbox code about 4 hrs later.
