Mitt opphold i hotellet var bra. Det eneste som jeg oppfattet som negativt var utseende til bygget utenifra.

Hyggeligt hotel

Hotelscom havde ikke fået arrangeret bookningen med hotellet, så der var ingen værelse til os da vi kom. Dette tog hotellet sig dog af. Hotellet var rigtig hyggeligt, ikke den store service, men der var hvad vi skulle bruge. Wi-Fi var dog elendig. Morgenmadsbuffeten var super.

Opholdet var rimeligt, bar meget præg af at det var bygget i 70`erne = gammelt dog ikke nedslidt. Savnede en aircondition til at holde temperaturen nede. Venligt tysk og engelsk talende personale. Restaurenten får ikke mange kokke huer hvilket der heller ikke tilfalder de omkringliggende spisesteder.

And to think this used to be such a lovely hotel!

I've stayed at this hotel a number of times over the last 8 or so years, but not recently. I always used to look forward to my stays at the Regina, but sadly it has gone downhill. The place is a bit of a building-site at the moment - no problem in principle, but several occupied floors were being refurbished at the same time. Expect to have to stand aside for taciturn workmen with trolleys of materials. The light fitting in the lift was held together with an old milk-carton, charred at the edges. The first room I was offered was dusty, with litter on the floor, dust on the bed and there were no coat-hangers in the wardrobe. The bed wasn't properly made-up either. The second room was better but no heating, the wifi didn't work for the whole of the stay, and overall the room looked shabby and unloved. Asking the staff abou heating and wifi was a waste of time - "Nobody else has complained", "It will be fixed tomorrow" (it wasn't) and "It's Sunday - nothing can be done in Germany on a Sunday".

Bonn Hotel

Hotel was out of the city, but a short 15 minute train journey to city centre. Hotel is well maintained, not 5 star, but perfectly adequate, clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Although next to train line, windows are double-glazed and no noise was heard from trains. Breakfast was included, a bonus. Dinner available at hotel, quite good menu selection. Also right next to shopping centre with at least 3 other restaurants short walk from hotel. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, which is always a bonus, but when I asked for a kettle and tea/coffees so that I could make my own, these items were provided, If ever I visit Bonn again, would stay at this hotel as was very convenient for my style of travel. Was happy to be out of the city, but close to shops and restaurants and a short train journey to city which gave me a good insight into the city and surrounds. Bonn is a beautiful city with lots to see and do.

Very convenient location

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They made me feel really welcome and made my stay really comfortable. Next time I am in the area, I will definitely stay at Hotel Regina again.

The hotel is in a quiet well served area far from Bonn center but with a good train service, every ten minutes. Furniture are old, TV has a good variety of channel but not italian channel, NO ONE! No courtesy soap or shoe shiner into the room. Really good breakfast, but expensive restaurant.

Ein Hotel mit Freundlichkeit

Wir waren zu weit von Köln entfernt und mussten alle drei tage mit dem taxi fahren. (Kostenpunkt) Schlimmer war dass wir abgemacht haben dass ein Voucher uns vom Flughafen abholen kommt uns ins Hotel bringt. Nichts dergleichen. haben angerufen und uns wurde mitgeteilt dass wir in 15 min. abgeholt werden. nach einer Stunde warten haben wir ein Taxi genommen. Wenn man dann die Bedingungen genau liest, dann erfährt man dass Sie uns nur zur Stadtgrenze gefahren wärt, so sieht man es wieder. Wir hatten das Hotel ausserhalb. War nach meiner Meinung nicht sauber von ihrer Seite her. Deshalb werde ich bei Expedia nicht mehr Buchen. Bei uns in der Schweiz habe solchen Sachen immer geklappt. Schade und Pech für Sie.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern, aber etwas weit von Bonn entfernt

Das Hotel ist gut, allerdings für Leute, die in Bonn zu tun haben, etwas abseits. mit der U-Bahn (vor dem Haus) ist man in 25 min am Hauptbahnhof Bonn.

食堂の対応が非常に悪い。シャワー室の扉が壊れている。空調が欲しい。交通の便は良い。

朝食で中国団体客と混同されて別室へ行くよう食堂の女性にきつく言われ前日はその部屋で食事を取ったにもかかわらずドイツ語でまくし立てられた。フロントに正した所こちらが正しいことになったが、なおその女性は駄目だという。フロントから再度説明させ納得したようだ。ホテル内部の連絡が悪い。シャワー室の扉が数センチ開いたままで閉まらない。TVのチャンネルの説明もなくどのTVがどこで見られるかなど基本的な案内にもかけている。レストランは夜9時にはオーダー締め切りという。ビアガーデンのみで近くに適当なレストラン無し。そのビアガーデンの客がホテルの玄関両脇まで座り込み騒いでおるためホテルの入り口が物騒で特に女性客は怖く入りにくい。
