The manager Jennifer canceled our room before we even arrived. Apparently the hotel was booked to capacity and the payment on file expired. The manager tried calling but due to the fact that we were driving from 10 hours away and drove through the mountains with spotty service we missed the call. No voicemail was left and no other effort was made to communicate with us any other way. We arrive at the hotel with 2 kids and are told our room was given away during season when most hotels in the area were booked. Very unprofessional and how dare you cancel the hotel the day of the reservation if the payment was expired. The manager was not available on the property when we arrived and we were told this info by the front desk girl who was very cold and definitely not friendly. Apparently the manager does these types of things often this was not her first time canceling a room. Beware!! Will contact corporate and report her.
