Lovely Anderson Valley Home with Sun-Drenched Deck

Fall is a gorgeous in Anderson Valley (think vines turning colors and fires at night) and our home is cozy enough for a small group to still feel snug, and large enough for a group to have room to spread out.

It's a casual and comfortable home that absorbs a group with style and ease. This 4 bedroom home sits just outside of Boonville, with a big deck that anchors the property. A relaxed and sunny atmosphere throughout, yet close to restaurants, tasting rooms, and natural gems of the area.

This home is casual and relaxed, with lots of outdoor room for lounging. Three bedrooms (one king, two queens) plus a kids' room off the den with bunk beds. While the house and deck are enclosed and private, there are two other dwellings close by on the property with tenants, so this is not a party house.

We also have a studio cottage available next to the house with a double bed, bathroom and shower for an extra $100/night if your party needs more room.

While there are two other small cabins on the property, you have sole access to the entire house and deck which is fully enclosed and private.

The 11% occupancy tax required by the county is built into the price, so that will not be a separate charge.
