Tucked in the heart of Boothbay Harbor, Maine, Porchside is a charming and updated New England home offering the best of both worlds: the ease of in-town living with the peace of a private, tucked-away setting. Just steps from the harbor’s vibrant restaurants, shops, and waterfront, this is the ideal spot to experience mid-coast Maine.

The home features a spacious covered porch and a second-floor deck perfect for catching ocean breezes or stargazing. An expansive backyard patio with a firepit and twinkling string lights sets the scene for cozy evenings, while the gas grill is ready for preparing fresh local fish and meats.

Inside, you’ll find an open, coastal-inspired layout with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped including a gas range and center island, flowing into a dining room with a large table perfect for meals or games. The sunny living room includes cozy seating and a smart TV (note: fireplace is decorative only). A 3/4 bathroom with a shower is located on the main floor, and a full-sized washer and dryer are in the basement.

Upstairs are four inviting bedrooms—three with queen beds and one with bunk beds—along with a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The second-floor deck is accessed via a hallway that doubles as an office space.
