The place was nice the staff were very nice. The only bad thing on the trip was. You never had our name at bamboo for pickup. Plus the island hopping tour with lunch . You had me down for the day I arrived. Which was too late for 830am I didn’t land till after 1pm. I had it set up for the 11next day. Thank God they let us go because of your screw up. Besides all of that it was wonderful there!!!…. Just a rough start to our vacation.

We had a problem with one room with the air conditioner that they tried to fix but took to our last day to move a family member to another room for comfort. But other room they moved my parents to fix there needs was quick tho so it was an unbalanced stay of thoughts.

Friendly Staff! Love their Mango Daiquiris!

We stayed at Boracay Haven Suites back in 2016 when they were still fairly new, almost 10 years later the place is still great. Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast options, close walk to the beach, and Station 2 restaurants. Their bar had 2 drinks for 250 pesos from 10am -10pm . Was pleasantly surprised the morning of my birthday, when the staff sang "Happy birthday", and brought me a small cake. It was the highlight of our stay! Thanks Boracay Haven Suites!!

The staff at this property was so sweet! The room we had was so comfy with great AC. The check in process was so smooth. 2 min walk to White beach which was so convenient. Checking out we had to leave early for our flight so they packed us sandwiches, fruit, and water bottles for us - they weee so accommodating. I will recommend this to our friends to visit Boracay!

The service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Nice rooms; pool is decent, etc. Though this isn't a beach front hotel, the location is great over all. Short walk to the beach, d mall, restaurants, stores, etc.

Staffs were nice and helpful! D mall was a 3-5 min walk. The walk to the beach was dark and a little sketch but it was a quick 3-5 min walk as well. I would definitely stay here again though. Nice and convenient to everywhere we wanted to get to.

If internet is important choose another hotel

My only real complaint was the quality of the internet service which was very spotty, weak and definitely not good enough if you have any work that you need done in a timely manner. I work remotely and was very upset at the internet quality and was unable to do what I needed to do to finish work while using their internet service
