Welcome to your perfect retreat, This spacious flat on the third floor (no lift) is ideal for families and groups, with 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6. The cosy living room with kitchenette is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, which is only a 5-minute walk away. Conveniently located, it will allow you to enjoy the beaches, local restaurants and the charm of Bordighera.

Main Double Room:
Spacious and bright, this room is the heart of the flat\'s relaxation. Furnished with a comfortable double bed, it has generous storage space, a cosy atmosphere and a design that recalls the warmth of the Riviera. Perfect for a rejuvenating night\'s rest.
Second Double Room:
Elegant and functional, with a double bed that guarantees comfort and practicality. Its smaller size makes it cosy, ideal for couples or guests who desire an intimate and relaxing environment.
Third Room with Two Single Beds:
Perfect for children or friends, this room offers two single beds with essential and functional furnishings. A practical and bright environment, designed to guarantee comfort and relaxation.

Located in the heart of the flat, this open-plan space combines comfort and practicality. The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa and a TV, perfect for relaxing moments. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a hob, microwave, fridge and essential utensils, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
Please respect the flat and its equipment during your stay as if they were your own. I am sure you will treat the flat with care.
