The apartment is spread over two levels connected by stairs.

- GARDEN with a large covered area, as well as a BBQ and wood-fired oven, complete with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs—perfect for enjoying a lovely dinner with family and friends.

- BATHROOM II with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet.

Other things to keep in mind

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Bordighera, amounting to EUR 1.50 per night per person, which will be collected in cash, for the first 6 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
