There was a roach in our bathroom, there were hairs all in the beds, and the breakfast was barely anything.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean smelled good, and nicely decorated. I didn’t go to breakfast. My room was really nice spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. My princess was able to stay in my room for a very good fee. The bathroom was nice, but the walk-in shower had no grab bars. I only gave 4 stars, because the WiFi was a bit weak, the refrigerator and microwave were small. But overall the Microtel Inn & Suites will be my go to for my next visit. I would recommend it to everyone.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my grandsons and had a very disappointing experience. When we went into the bathroom, we found a roach — definitely not something you expect or want to see in any hotel room, especially when traveling with a children. When I reported it to the front desk, the clerk brushed it off and said they were “just water bugs,” as if that made the situation acceptable. Whether roach or “water bug,” it was still an insect crawling in the bathroom, and the dismissive attitude from staff made the situation even worse. Cleanliness and customer service are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this hotel failed on both. I will not be staying here again and cannot recommend it to others.

Was a great stay for what we were doing. The rooms were very nice. The common areas were also very nice. The halls and elevator were a bit dated but they had modernized the rooms. Good stay! Breakfast needed a bit more. Eggs, bacon, etc. Still decent.

Checkin was great. No issues. The AC did run well, which is great. It seemed like you all were trying to upscale the hotel by putting in a sink/bar in the room I was in, but the whole other side of the room was empty, like it would normally have a chair and a couch w coffee table or something, SUPER odd. But I wasn't there for entertaining, it was just me, so no biggie. The only issue I had was there was someone smoking pot in their room on my floor. I did notify the hotel staff, but this is not the only hotel... this is a RAMPANT issue everywhere I stay... and it's disgusting.. No smoking means NO SMOKING.. they should be heavily fined... maybe they'd stop!
