This property is located in Malden, just 12 minutes from Boston. The House is clean, comfortable place for friends and family, there is everything to feel at home. The house can accommodate 7 people. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 queen one full and a twin size beds, there are 1 bathroom, we have a full equipped kitchen, tv in all bedroos, we also have a washer and dryer for you convenience while staying at our property. Other amenities include free WI-FI and cable tv small pet allowed clean fee of a $100.

Lovely, modern and upgraded apartment just minutes away from downtown. Lot's of comfortable sleeping. One bathroom with very nice shower. Dedicated parking a plus as street parking gets crowded!! Apartment is the first floor unit with shared laundry outside second floor unit (very tight staircase to access upstairs laundry). Close to shopping, grocery, etc. Lots of delivery and takeout options in the area including a newly reopened ice cream shop just a few blocks walk down the street. Great AC kept temps comfortable during a July heat wave for five of us adults. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Great location

Our stay was nice. The location was great for our needs. The place was a great size and a well stocked kitchen. We were disappointed with the quality of certain things such as one of the beds which slanted to the middle so we found ourselves rolling into each other during the night and incredibly thin pillows. All in all it was a good stay.

This Apt. Accomadated the six of us. It was spotless clean. The beds were very nice and comfy with plenty of extra blankets if needed. It was very handy to have the washer /dryer also. 1 bathroom is a little tightwith6 peoplebutwe made it work. The only Complaint we have is the tight parking space, there was barely enough room to park our Suv in the drivewy as well as backing out onto the street.All in all we had a great time, Thank you Priscilla

Great Choice!

We’re a band from Jersey. We play at Ned Devines and The Harp in Boston a few times a year. As a band, budgeting is crucial. Housing 4 people can be super expensive. This property has a great price point allowing some money left over in the budget to buy groceries at a close by grocery store. We were able to check in, go to the gym together, grocery shop, and relax, all before heading to the venue to check in. Finding a place with a clean safe neighborhood for parking our vehicles and feeling secure in an unfamiliar area is crucial as well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean, and very accommodating to for 4 people. Very cozy spot, easy check in, and check out, and very simplistic rules. Would very much like to stay here again.

Super clean

Super clean apartment within a great radius of Boston and the airport. The beds were very soft which was great for some of our party and not great for the rest. The one bathroom is a little cumbersome for larger parties like ours but we made it work. The TVs didn’t have WiFi, which was a little disappointing but otherwise, this was a great experience with a host who communicated quickly when we had questions. Thank you!

We spent three days in Boston visiting the city and Salem. This was a great location. The apartment was very quiet and the amenities were great. A bonus was the private parking spot. There were four grandparents who felt very safe here. Thank you. If I can make a suggestion it would have be nice to have list of restaurants and grocery stores.

Nice property and location. A couple of minor concerns include the tight bathroom door had a non working lock. Also, only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided for 6 people for 3 days. So we had to buy our own.
