This is a very easy place to get to; it is really close to all Train Lines.

Keys will need to be picked up in a nearby KeyCafe location before its closing time. For late check-in, guest must inform us ahead of time to coordinate guests' key access.

Reservation Requirements
Upon booking, guest will be asked to complete two requirements.

1) Completing our guest verification form which includes the primary guest should upload a selfie holding a valid identification card on the form, this should also match with the credit card information used for making the reservation and the information entered on the booking platform.
2) Guest form to know our guests a little better, confirm your contact details, and make sure you sign all the paperwork needed such as the Rental Agreement.

We specify all reservation details and in-stay guides in a virtual guidebook provided prior to check-in. You will need to complete the above reservation requirements before access will be given.

All access point are with key locks.
Key Cafe Instruction will be provided at least a day before check-in date or upon completion of reservation requirements. The Key pickup location is 5-10 minutes walk from the Property.

House Rules and Safety
* Mid-Stay Cleaning is available with a fee and needs to be scheduled ahead of time.
* We are required to allow the building to access the unit from time to time for maintenance, tours, or inspections. Notice may not be provided, but if we do receive notice we will surely pass it on.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Our properties are not ideal for loud, rowdy groups. If we receive a noise complaint, a fine will be charged.
* Excessive mess and trash left at the property upon checkout may result in additional fees for cleaning.
* For the comfort and peace of all guests and neighbors, quiet hours are put in order from 9 PM until 9 AM.

This is a self check-in apartment. Our virtual team is made available to assist you for any in-stay concerns. We are easily contactable through the booking channel, email, and phone. We also have on-ground personnel that can assist with cleaning and maintenance-related concerns.

DO NOT BOOK

The apartment is small as expected, but there was beard stubble left in the sink. There was visible mold on the air unit; my face broke out and my friend was congested the entire time. The shower curtain was solid pink at the bottom (mold) and there is NO OVEN like promised, which was half of the reason we chose this place. It is located in downtown Boston, but it is at the top of a very large hill, so be prepared.Check in is at 3:00, no earlier. We emailed days prior and they said we could get in at 1:30. When nobody sent us directions to get in, we emailed and called for nearly TWO HOURS and NOBODY answered one single time. It is impossible to contact the property owners. To enter the apartment, you have to receive an access code (which you'd be lucky to get on time), get the keys from a box in a 7-11 and walk 15 min to the actual place from the 7-11 (extremely inconvenient).

Great Location!

Overall the stay was good, the location is perfect, close to everything. The check-in process requires picking up a key from a key cafe, however, you don't get access until right at 3pm, or as it turns out even later, if they haven't delivered the key yet (which they hadn't). The key cafe is not really close either, so you are not getting into the room until well after 3pm. The room itself was fine, not very clean though, and kitchen is not well equipped. Plus, the microwave didn't work. The bed is not really comfortable, slops to the middle, and the pillows are basically non-existent. All said, for a short stay in Boston, this place met our needs, was more reasonably priced than other places and had a great location. I would consider staying again.

Boston vacation

The location is great. Easy access by walking or rideshare to many Boston landmarks. Shares the block with local gems for food and drink. The elevator and stairwell definitely reflect the age of the building, but property is very nicely kept. The room was clean and tidy as were the public areas of the building. The key pickup/drop-off process warrants mixed review. The keycafe where we got our apartment key was located far enough away that we needed to add a stop to our Uber ride after flying in and not being familiar with the neighborhood. The pick-up process was well communicated and easy. When planning our ride (5:30 AM) for an early flight, I realized that we needed to leave before the businesses with keycafes in our area would open. I sent a message notifying the property manager that we would have to leave the key in the room. They seemed to accept this with a little discussion. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation in Boston with the apartment being a good, budget friendly home for the 5 nights we were there.

Great location — key pickup is a RT one mile away from unit

Great location. Very good AC. Small, but useful kitchen. All along, I got various emails from VRBO, StayNue, JotForm, and Superhog. Right before my stay, I started receiving texts from shower. Last text received prior to arrival said: To secure your access codes for your stay, please complete the pre-arrival requirements (rental agreement). . . Access codes will be provided at your check-in time 3pm. Took a cab from the airport - arrived at the location. Having not received the access codes by text, I called StayNue. I was told to log into my portal (what portal)? Keep in mind that the most recent/urgent communications had been by text. I was on my phone and not my computer then. The woman who answered told me I had to get to a place a half mile away from the location. With all my luggage just out of the taxi, I had to walk in 90 degree heat to the key location. Then I had to walk back uphill another half mille (Beacon HILL) with my luggage and in that heat back to the condo. Sweltering in summer. I imagine this would be a very cold RT walk in the winter. That same walk or separate cab ride has to be done at departure to drop off keys. A lockbox at condo location or at a next door commercial establishment should be considered. I asked VRBO, StayNue, Voyage Management, and the host for the WiFi access credentials. I wasn’t given the credentials until 22 hours into my 42-hour stay. Pillows on bed had only one-inch thickness.

Not worth the bad back

The pillows were almost as thin as the mattress. We had to flip the sheets, because the sheets had fabric balls, from wear, all over them. The location of this property was great, but we could barely walk after such a terrible sleep. Definitely not worth it. Sorry.

Great Location, safe and quiet street.

To get the key you have to go to a market a few blocks away which was inconvenient because I was using Uber to get around and I had luggage. I would have preferred a key box or door code although given that you need a key fob to get into the building, I understand why it is that way. The bathroom didn't look or smell like it had been cleaned. Besides that, it was spotless and great for the price. There is a great coffee shoppe on one corner and a convenience store on the other so it was easy to grab essentials while traveling. management was easy to get ahold of and responded via text as needed.
