Pros - [ ] Super kind staff - [ ] Large room, beautiful building - [ ] Cocktail hour with snacks - [ ] Name on the TV was fun - [ ] Breakfast was nice and big - [ ] Microwave and fridge Cons - [ ] Incomplete coffee and tea set up in room (no stir sticks/straws, no creamer, 4 packs of sugar) - [ ] Left room at 11:30am and returned at 4:30pm and no one came to clean it - [ ] No pad on ironing board, had to use a towel - [ ] Really loud in the morning (slamming doors, what I assume were pull away beds being put away was really loud) - [ ] Door sign doesn’t have a cleaning request side, only found out that we had to request cleanings by asking - [ ] Lack of bathroom amenities (shower cap, cotton swabs, etc) - [ ] No welcome note - [ ] No comment about free WiFi (could be in welcome note) - [ ] No room service

Love everything about this hotel and would definitely stay again. Customer service was on point. The restaurant offered a great happy hour and Aaron took good care of us. Beds are nice and pillow selection is plentiful. Place was very clean. In a safe location as well.

The pool wasn't too cold but I was under the impression that there was a hot tub based on pictures. They tiled over the hot tub, it's no longer there.

Overall good budget stay. The shower was not working well, no hot water in the tap. Water bottle only once when you check-in, that I found most annoying. I had a 3 night stay and they wont change the bottles in the room.

The property could use an update as everything seems old and unkept. The shower did not drain well. No ironing board in room. No bedding for pullout couch. The bed was not comfortable as the mattress was sunk in when you laid down. The sink faucet water temperature was hard to regulate. The breakfast was unimpressive. The scrambled eggs didn’t seem to be real. We didn’t see any pancakes or a waffle maker. A typical Hampton Inn breakfast is better than this. Room was not cleaned and towel were not changed out. We were not aware that they did not clean the room every day. Embassy Suites used to be a step up but we were not impressed with this property and would never stay here again or recommend to anyone else. This experience makes me hesitant to want to stay at any Embassy Suites again.

The hotel was great and the breakfast was good. The hotel is a bit from Boston and I was hoping it was closer to public transportation.

Nice hotel in great, convenient location. Our room was clean, big and had.comfortable beds. However, 2 of their 3 elevators didn't work during our stay which led to long wait times to get to/from room. When we opted for rhe stairs to/from the 5th floor, the stair.wells were very dirty with trash. Breakfast was disappointing for us. For others it may be fine. We wish they had waffles, pancakes or more fresh fruit
