My only complaint about this property is the breakfast they offer. We stayed here for 5 nights and they served the same breakfast items daily and the choices were very limited. They should have variations every day for those who would stay more than 1 day.

Dirty run down hotel. The so-called free breakfast was nothing pretty nasty buffet style with teh usual suspects (fake eggs, generic cereal, lame danishes, hard bagels - and a cook that couldn't fry an egg if you paid him in gold), coffee was ok. Room was pretty nasty and dirty, don't even think of taking your shoes off and walk on that filty carpet. We slept with out clothes on; couldn't check out fast enough. Overall expensive, dirty and run down. Not recommended.

Mold in the bathrooms walls were disgusting. Staff were really kind changed the rooms and it was much better. But we had to change rooms three times because the air conditioning wasn’t working in the second room.

Not clean... Room was not cleaned until around the 4th night of my stay. Paper coffee cups were not replaced for 5 days. Towels were replaced only twice. The room was never vacuumed. The lotion was replaced on day 4 of my stay, regardless of many requests. When I checked in the toilet did not flush. The best part was the restaurant. The food was good.

Always a fan of Embassy Suites because of the room size and the atrium layout. Staff was great but the rooms, starting with the bad paint job on the room doors, are in a need of a makeover.

Rooms were as pictured on the website and provided the space we needed. Registered for 4 peopleyet, in a suite hotel, we had to request more towels. Asked Housekeeping to come once during a 5 day stay. They changed the sheets, but did not vacuum. Exhausted when we arrived, we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. My daughter ordered a "starter," for her meal, and it was the last item to be ready. After waiting more than 1/2 hour for the food, we asked for them to pack the food to go. They gave one free dessert to apologize. The hotel served our needs as we were in the area due to a family death.

Hotel and services are lacking

Your hotel was not up to the standard we expect from your company We saw a cocktail glass lay in the hallway by the elevator for seven days. It only moved because a guest picked it up and put on a desk. Your website said you had a cocktail hour with two drinks per guest. You made everyone pay for your their drinks. Your breakfast room is heavy worn.
