My only complaint about this property is the breakfast they offer. We stayed here for 5 nights and they served the same breakfast items daily and the choices were very limited. They should have variations every day for those who would stay more than 1 day.

Dirty run down hotel. The so-called free breakfast was nothing pretty nasty buffet style with teh usual suspects (fake eggs, generic cereal, lame danishes, hard bagels - and a cook that couldn't fry an egg if you paid him in gold), coffee was ok. Room was pretty nasty and dirty, don't even think of taking your shoes off and walk on that filty carpet. We slept with out clothes on; couldn't check out fast enough. Overall expensive, dirty and run down. Not recommended.

Disappointed on so many levels.

First room smelled so bad of fresh smoke I asked to change rooms immediately. New room smelled like stale smoke, like that deep down smell a basic cleaning can’t get out. Room dirty. Continuous issues w keys, pleasant but untrained front desk. Requested the room cleaned after 2nd day. Called front desk. Went to front desk hours later after talking to all of the housekeepers and told our room wasn’t on the list. After the third time and hours later finally room was barely adequately cleaned. Called in advance of booking and recommended the “deluxe” room as it had two queens, but it was actually two doubles no different at all from basic room so don’t bother getting the more expensive room. All of the rooms are old and tired. Breakfast was a disaster every day. Food not kept up.Tables not cleaned. Only one person cooking so a half hour wait to get an omelette. At 9:25 with over a dozen people in line for food, they were more concerned with taking the juice and coffee away even though people hadn’t even gotten their food. Guests literally having the juice taken away while trying to fill glasses. When confronted the staff said no more after 9:30. Again, this is after a 30 minute wait to try and get food and with a line still a dozen deep. Zero common sense. Parking fee is a money grab. Frequent traveler, platinum hotels/expedia and Hilton honors and absolutely terrible service. Hotel was more expensive than the others all within a block around it, and not worth it.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property and I will say my first experience was great. This time the A/C didn’t work it was very hot and humid in the room. We asked to be switched to a different room but they said they couldn’t and would have someone fix it. The guy came and the minute he left it didn’t work again. There were also blood stains on one of the walls. I was disappointed.

This is a great property to stay at. A favorite when I’m in the area after many successful visits. The hotel is clean and well appointed with a very friendly and wonderful staff. They have a lot of amenities that most hotels don’t have anymore which makes it top choice in my book.
