Air was not working properly, I had to request a fan, when washing took 2 hrs to wash clothes, there was sketchy people walking around at 2am with hoodies on .. left the elevators smelling like Marijuana.

Dirty run down hotel. The so-called free breakfast was nothing pretty nasty buffet style with teh usual suspects (fake eggs, generic cereal, lame danishes, hard bagels - and a cook that couldn't fry an egg if you paid him in gold), coffee was ok. Room was pretty nasty and dirty, don't even think of taking your shoes off and walk on that filty carpet. We slept with out clothes on; couldn't check out fast enough. Overall expensive, dirty and run down. Not recommended.

Disappointing Experience

The beds were soft and comfy however, this stay wasn't a good experience. I was shocked to discover how neglected and dated the property is. All the entry doors were covered in smudges & fingerprints for my entire stay. Overflowing garbage cans at the entrance and a lack of trash recepticles throughout. The pool was dark, dingy with sand at the bottom. A few sections of the parking lot was littered with dog poop. There was just a lot of things amiss. I was disappointed to say the least. Also, my room curtains didn't close completely, so both of my mornings were interrupted by rays of sunlight to my eyes. There's more but I'll stop here. Charging guests for parking there is insane considering the amount of poop I saw.

The made-to-order omelettes at the free hot breakfast were wonderful, as were the snacks in the evening. But while I felt the neighborhood was safe when we arrived. The next morning we found one of our tires punctured 6 times, a neat, radiating pattern in the sidewall - obvious vandalism! This just creeped me out... and cost us time and $$$ to replace the tire, and rent a car to continue our (delayed) plans for the day. After that, it was hard to feel comfortable. :(

Standard Embassy Suites but its located exactly where I needed. There was a convention then I was there so more kids than I would normally prefer on property but It was fine for the night I needed. Quiet and clean.

While the rate was attractive, the property itself was not! Everything about it screamed for renovations - the rooms, lobby, dining room, pool, etc. Other than the omelettes, all breakfast items should be replaced. All property descriptions should contain a statement as to the last time it was renovated. We'll try a different property next time.

Far from impressed

I asked for extra towels and bedding/pillows from booking in which it was acknowledged, didn’t get. The rooms have a weird smell, not the cleanest. Floors in lobby were super sticky. Showers also not the cleanest. The curtains had tears in them. Overall not impressed.

Very friendly and helpful staff and comfortable room. However, the first room we were assigned had a strong cigarette smell. The front desk shifted our room and the new room was fine. There was a youth hockey team staying there and their adults were very poor chaperones. The teenage boys were loudly running around the hotel keeping guests awake.
