Overall our stay was good. We were in town for a concert so we only needed a room to sleep and shower for one night. The lobby area was very clean. The staff were pleasant. Our check-in was delayed slightly due to the rooms not being ready yet, but they found us different rooms that were ready so that worked out. The room was okay. It was clean. The shower tiles looked like they needed to be scrubbed. The ceiling needed to be cleaned or at least repainted and the windows were very dirty. The heated pool was cold. Overall 3.5 - 4 stars.

The room had a musky odor upon arrival. We called the front desk & they sent someone up right away w/spray deodorizer. Appeared to work for the night. The 2nd day when we go back to the room, it again had a musky odor. Other then that the hotel was fine.

The desk staff and restaurant (320–I did not eat at the other restaurant on site) were quite nice and helpful. The default room temperature setting was an absurdly low 67 degrees, and someone perhaps played a little prank by turning the shower handle to a ridiculously tight position.

Great overnight stay here for our family. We were looking for a cheap one night booking near Boston and it was just that. Tons of food options around, check in staff was friendly. Got lucky with the parking package which I wasn’t aware of since I normally book through hotels.com but I wasn’t complaining. Saved $28, be prepared for that though. There was free parking on street side at the time we were there in April but not sure for how long. Highway is a bit noisy underneath but with the a/c going it’s not a dealbreaker. If you are a super light sleeper though I’d look for something else.

I really enjoy enjoyed my stay, but one thing that could be improved upon is that my interaction with the front desk was not warm. It was very abrupt and matter of fact. No warmth.
