There are two Hampton Inns near the airport. We assumed we were on the right shuttle, but unfortunately we didnt realize the two locations and ended in the wrong Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, they couldnt accomodate and the Celsea Hampton couldn't pick us up, so had to Uber to Chelsea. The Chelsea Hampton Shuttle is not convenient for those that have mobility issues so it was a struggle for my 88 yr old mom who uses a walker. Hotel was nice and very clean. Employees at front desk have no personalities, and as I didnt necessarily want new friends it was fine. But, that is the first level of service you see when you go into a hotel, one would think guest relations would be a priority. Mexican restaurant across the street was a nice surprise, good service and open late. Breakfast at the hitel was nice with good selection. Major issue was the shuttle.
