The location is right by the street but when you go in , its a nice place to stay. The room is very spacious and breakfast is good. Its a good place to stay away from downtown Boston

One of my worst experiences at this hotel was due to its outdated condition. The shower was disgusting, and the room (311) was covered in mold and had dirty women’s hair everywhere. The humidity was also high.

The refrigerator was not working and all our food got spoilt. The breakfast seems to be managed by a hostess who is extremely picky. On my earlier trips I seemed to remember she added a little extra touch but she seems always in the way and making loud comments. This time she seemed to pick on me and lacking any context she gets very personal and in the face. So the interaction was borderline rude and that was surprising and unexpected.
