A true home away from home!

This house was more than we expected. The neighborhood is just gorgeous and peaceful. It’s actually the main floor of the house that we had. The beds were super comfortable and the living room furniture was as well. Loved the nautical decor and antique furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The beach is lovely and just a short walk from the house. The town of Scituate is charming and we fell in love with it. Local restaurants were wonderful as well. Local community was so friendly! Hope to return someday!

Winter Wonderland

Pleasantly surprised by the close proximity to the ocean and local shops/eats. The property matched the photos and offered plenty of space. Clean, well-informed, and made it easy for us to enjoy the property. Definitely will be back!

Quick weekend stay

Sadly the stay was for a funeral of a friend. The location was great. It was well equipped as described and the communications made it easy to arrive and leave. The only suggestion is make sure the place is cleaner. The bed spread had a stain and the handle on the frig( yuck). We would consider staying again with that caveat

Cute beach rental

We rented this condo so we could be closer to a wedding we were attending nearby. We had events to attend on Friday and Saturday evenings so we didn’t want to drive the hour plus back and forth to our house. The unit is just as described and a 1 block walk to the gorgeous beach. We explored the local towns and loved the condo for our down time!

Cozy condo!

Site was clean , cozy and well equipped. The beach is 2 blocks away and very walkable even in December. The town of Scituate is the quintessential New England town. Will definitely book again!

Lovely stay in Scituate

We wanted a fun, beachy weekend close to Boston and Scituate delivered. Just 45 min south of Boston, it was an easy trip, and this property was lovely. Very responsive owner. Would recommend.

Convenient location, nicely equipped.

The property contains three units in a large updated older home. The kitchen and bath were a bit dated, and the bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. But overall it was well equipped and everything worked. Great location for us as we visited family in the area.

Overall nice a few challenges.

The property was fine. Decently equipped and fairly clean. It smelled strongly of smoke upon check in. Host was responsive and said to open the windows. Well there were zero screens in any windows or the sliders. This was an issue the entire stay. If you opened windows you got mosquitos and flies. In addition one of the air conditioners was not working. With the purchase of some candles and fresh flowers by the second or third day the cigarette smell faded.

Relaxing and comfortable stay

We enjoyed our quick weekend at this condo! The neighborhood is lovely and the condo itself was a great space to relax. One issue we had was that the listing says there is central AC, but there are two mini-split units, one of which (in the bedroom) was out of order. We have an infant, so we counted on that to keep the room at a certain temperature. Luckily, the nights were fairly cool. It just would have been nice to know ahead of time. :)

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay at your home in Scituate. We were having work done on our home and needed a place to stay for a frew nights. The location was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. The home was comfortable and the hosts were responive to our questions.

Perfect condo by the beach

My husband and baby and I spent a weekend here, and it was exactly what we needed! Really nice, comfortable accommodations Andy touches— the leather chair in the living room is HEAVENLY— and easy communication with the owners. Highly recommended!
